Not sure if that's what he meant. He said "pecking order in RACES", so did he mean an order of superiority among the races? If so I'd say not really, that some have historically done better than others doesn't mean an innate, genetic "superiority".
There are specific generic differences between groups of people . The need to adapt to the climate and isolation facilitated this. As for decided what group are superior genetically what would you base that on? Ability to thrive in all climates, physical prowess, resistance to diseases, high fertility, low hereditary health conditions, above average life span, ability to efficiently store food, e.t.c? The list is endless.
Do know what "PeckingOrder" means?.. It means who is superior to other humans....so, whats your preference....? ? on who has advanced their races?....Asians?....Norsemen, Afrikans?...etc?....
