California Passes Pro Pedophile Bill.

"SB 145 would allow a sex offender who lures a minor with the intent to commit a felony (i.e. a sex act) the ability to escape registering as a sex offender as long as the offender is within 10 years of age of the minor.

SB 145 will only encourage the pedophile to keep abusing victims, protects the abusers and grants them access applying to any job without being a registered sex offender.

What does is say that a state will vote for a bill that allows you to rape a child as long as you are within the 10 year limit. So if you're 23 years old, you can rape a 13 year old but don't have to register as a sex offender.

The fact this is even a bill says alot about democrats. Defunding the police and now protection for pedophiles......sad.

 

I could see 1 or 2 years, or possibly a percentile. Ideally it would ve weighed on a case by case basis taking into account each partners relative psychological maturity after analysis by qualified professionals. That would be prohibitively expensive and bureaucratically cumbersome...

Answer these 2 questions:
1) Should an 18 year old girl who has vaginally sex with a 17 year old boy be automatically placed on the sex registry for life?
2) Should an 18 year old girl who performs oral sex on a 17 year old boy be automatically placed on the sex registry for life?

 

California is actually one of the most conservative states. They consider it a crime for an 18 year old to have consensual sex with a 17 year old.

SB 145 does not legalize any kind of sex with a minor and does not change the potential sentence for having sex with an underage person. Rather, the bill simply gives judges the ability to evaluate whether or not to require registration as a sex offender

There are already laws on the books that deal with this sort of thing.

They're called, "Romeo & Juliet Laws".

Most states have laws that allow for 2-3 year difference at most. So, an 18 year old having sex with a 17 year old is not illegal.

I don't think that's what it says. It says the 23 year old could possibly get out of having to register as a sex offender. It wouldn't make the sex legal.
