Most professional economists I know pretty much share an opinion of what Trump would try to accomplish, so I don't know who "they" are who said Trump would "crash it," whatever that means.

As was Trump continuing the recovery.

Growth in Trump's first three years was almost identical to Obama's last three.

Credited with what by whom? The economy can't even come close to normal with a lot of virus around. It would take at least several years to reallocate production to have a full recovery if COVID-19 becomes a seasonal virus. If we get a cure, effective treatments, or a good vaccine, we might be able to get a v-shape recovery if we don't let millions of businesses die in the next six months or so.

But Trump and the Republican Senate are really screwing up the economy now.

 

I was actually familiar with those trends before your posted. They show the best economy in half a century under Trump's presidency. All poor, middle, and upper classes of all races and sexes benefited under the Trump economy (unlike Obama). Trump's the best! Let's do it again. Four more years!
