No doubt it was edited and no doubt that he struggled mightily to get a thought from his brain to his mouth in everyone of those answers. Just look at the unedited answers. Quartermasters can uh uh uh hum run a huh huh hum retail store you know. Anyone that's not a serious leftie partisan can see the man unfortunately is going down hill mentally at a very rapid pace. It's sad, it really is.

I'm not a doctor so I cannot say if he is going down hill mentally or not. I think some of it is his childhood stuttering problem as you can see him struggling with certain words as he speaks faster during those times. I also think he is used to being a Senator and then VP whereas Trump has been a business owner and President so he has more stage experience. I'm hoping that Biden will ramp up his presence for the debates.

 

You know you are in trouble when all you can do to try defending this is .....wutabout.

 

Watch any of Biden's older videos. There is no comparison. He used to be quite articulate.

I would hope that you base less of your prioritization of voting imperatives on the nuances of delivery than fundamental ideological content... (& gosh darn it Biden needs all the help he can get in that department). What rudiments of truisms do you hold dear & wish to espouse? If it is for a 'top heavy' onerous regulatory system of governance vs. a collective rep. republic of your & my voices being manifestly heard in freedom... the choice is rather stark. (imho)
