Nobody, because the police arrived and prevented it.

He would have given time, and then the mob would have taken his gun and probably killed him with it, and then 2, maybe more needless deaths, and for what? All the guy had to do was call the police and stay inside. They probably wouldn't have even arrested him for the bail jumping ( a much more serious crime than the other things)

 

I expect you to believe the actual pictures they have of it being done, but then I forget that Trumpers come from a basis of their living in an alternative reality of their own making.

On his property? probably not. On the street outside his house? Definitely so. Conservatives notwithstanding people DO have a right to walk by your house on a public street.

There are no clean hands in this one. Armed and drunk home owner with outstanding capias protests the protests whilst drunk blm protesters protest homeowners.

The cops aren't coming.

The homeowner didn't get to pick the time thus his state of intoxication when protester violated his rights. The protesters chose the time place and specific criminal acts, they get an armed drunk in response, luck of the draw.

If not for the criminal acts the homeowner wouldn't have felt compelled to arm himself for protection.

Nul process on the charges IMO.

 

The case should get thrown out. A person has a Right to be armed and they were obviously trespassing so he had every Right to make them aware that he was armed and could defend himself if they chose to make things violent.

 

How is it that a violent mob showing up at your house, assaulting and terrorizing you with strobe lights and loud music, loud bullhorns, trespassing on your yard, and threatening you, "you don't know what's pointed at you right now 'cause you can't see and that's all I'm gonna say" not a violent mob? Did you even see the entire video? This went on for over an hour before police showed up. They came to him. There would be no problems if they hadn't organized this. There is no free speech right to do this in a residential neighborhood. What would you say if it was the KKK outside the home of a black family? Answer that. Would that be okay to do?

Actually "brandishing" a gun is a valid way to prevent violence. It actually can save lives. The only time someone should be charged for "brandishing a gun" is when they are the aggressors. Which is clearly not the case here considering those protestors kept going onto the guys property. IE: Trespassing. Which can be considered an aggressive act.

 

Since you have a crystal ball perhaps you could tell me the numbers for the next lotto draw? I sure could use the money.
