Happens more than you think. Why do you think cops openly wear guns? Do you really think its to advertise where their guns are so bad guys can use theirs preemptively? The answer of course is "no".
No, I didn't make that up. The same people were at both houses. The first house was torched. THAT'S WHAT I SAID AND THAT IS THE TRUTH.
I'd say his life was in danger. Their lives weren't in danger because they knew the gun was not loaded. If you watched to whole video he pumped the weapon several time which would have ejected any cartridges. The crowd even shouted at him they knew there were no bullets.
Thank you!!! I have more respect for the cops after seeing that...than I have ever had. I can't wait to see the police escort tRump out of the White House.
You don't get to brandish until threatened, it's the law. Too bad if it hurts your widdle feewings. He ALSO is a bail jumper, and drunk with a gun. He got arrested and rightfully so. A bail jumper isn't a "rap sheet" either, it's a person evading due process of law! This moron is indefensible on every count. But well faux rage! Yay!
Defective logic. If the crowd knew the gun was unloaded, the gun had zero deterrent effect. Therefore, his life was never in danger.
this is similar to kyle getting arrested for self defense. the mid west are stand your ground states, not duty to retreat.
Gosh, suddenly you seem entirely unaware of the facts. How convenient. Two things. The mob targeted this guy. The mob trespassed on his property. The mob assaulted the homeowner both verbally, and through trespass, physically. Let's change the scenario a bit, shall we? This mob was mostly black. Facts recorded by the video. The home owner was white, facts on video, and the arrest record. Now, make this mob white. Make them "peaceful" like this mob was, and now make the home owner black. You'd be screaming KKK or white supremacists, or other toss because that's who you are. The fact that for the same set of facts that you'd give this mob a pass because, what? Why do you give them a pass? Their behavior was violent, their behavior was disruptive, and given the same circumstances, had it been a white mob in a black neighborhood, you'd be screaming the world was ending. Your double standard is astonishing, and your willingness to tolerate this kind of BS is seemingly complicit. I suspect that the Milwaukee PD will be walking this back, and frankly, because they will have to. I would expect that the civil rights suit against the city will be very expensive for the city who chose to attack the civil rights of one of its citizens in this way.
I'm going to risk a ding and tell you to go thee forth and multiply. How do you know WHAT I would do given that the colors were reversed? Look if a bunch of people did that to me I'd call the police and go hide in a closet, but after a while, I would notice that no one was coming IN the house and after me and I'd become curious, then I'd screw my courage to the sticking place and open the door and go outside to ask these people what is going on. Maybe they'd beat me to death or maybe they'd find me a beer. At least I'd know. Then again I'd never be on the Trump Train. My entire life does not revolve around the people I hate and I am just not that anxious to kill somebody.
The most offensive part of your post is the automatic assumption that Trump supporters lives revolve around hating people. Seems to me that is what democrats do to Trump supporters.
Utterly false dichotomy. The police DID NOT feel that anyone in the crowd was harassing the drunken fugitive with a gun, or committing any other crime. His drunken fugitive ass was the only one that was hauled away in cuffs and thrown in a cell.
Of course they are harassing him... he's clearly a Trump supporter, so they come and make a drunken noise in front of his house
