    Because of voters like me. Supreme Court and judicial appointments that Trump has made is why i will vote for him again. Without an eminent Supreme Court nomination it takes some incentive away from the democrats.

    We the people granted Congress and the President the responsibility to make sure that they carry out their Fiduciary Duty to make sure that the contract (Constitution) is carried out in accordance as written. For them to do anything less is a breach of contract.

    If 2020 is a landslide for Trump why rush the nomination through? Based on everything y'all said he should have all the time hell need to take his time right?

    what rush? RGB was appointed in 43 days, O'Conner in just over 30....frankly holding this up would be unprecedented.

    Moreover, we have an election this year, that the Dems have promised they will not concede and take it to the Courts...Biden and the DNC have already got a record number of lawyer retained...we can't afford not to have 9 on the bench

    I'm not one to say Trump wins by a landslide. I'm to say that Trump is the President and it is his duty to fill the vacant seat. Why should he be put on a time frame? I voted him last time for the main purpose of him appointing conservative judges, not only on the Supreme Court, but also on the lesser courts. He may not win but he should go ahead and try and pass as much of his platform that he ran on. Which he is doing.
