Ammo store bans mask-wearing customers, calls Whitmer a 'b*tch'

The shop is openly defiant on its Twitter page, even calling Whitmer a “bitch.” Under Whitmer’s order, businesses that violate the mask order may temporarily lose their license.



“We’ll never comply, and we’ll refuse to pay any penalty your illegal order attempts to impose,” the shop tweeted on July 10, a day after Whitmer expanded the mask directive.

On Aug. 31, Fenix Ammunition boasted about its ant-mask policy. When one follower said “Gretchen gonna be mad,” the store responded, “She can waddle her ass out here and tell us herself, if she wants.”

Just wow! That is the kind of resistance we need more of! The sheer audacity of democrat pols, blue city mayors, blue state governors in the arbitrary capriciousness of their emergency powers knows no bounds!

 

The ammo store owner got that one right. The democrat mayors and governors lost all credibility when they allowed thugs, goons, looters, arsonists, rioters to rampage the streets of their domains because the cause was more important than the disease all the while the goose stepping jack booted thug politicians in Political blue lock down businesses and keep people away from churches except to burn them down.

Just showing that laws are laws and i find nothing wrong with something temporary to help protect us. I dont like wearing a mask ether but i do and dont complain.

 

The issue is they allowed protestors to go unmasked without arrest or fine. The law or mandate should be for everyone, not just those they don't agree with politically.

 

Im not sure of the law in that state but i know here in ohio its just in stores or inside areas if its wherever social distancing is not posdible then the protesters should have been fined.

 

Would it be appropriate for government to tell you what time of day you are allowed to brush your teeth. Wouldn't that be authoritarian. Not everybody accepts that mask wearing prevents infection, including doctors.

Err, walking into a gun store while wearing a mask will likely get you shot. Every gun store in my area requires you to lower your mask at the door and smile for the video surveillance cameras before entering.

We've had two pandemics in about a decade, so the odds are fairly high there will be another. Will you be yelling in the streets about government over-reach if this was an Ebola type pandemic? If the government doesn't have any authority over public health policy for a disease that kills 200,000 Americans, when
does it have public health authority? Never? Maybe? Depends on the severity of the virus?

For 200,000 Americans, Covid has been been every bit as deadly as Ebola. So, I'm asking - does the government ever have any authority during a pandemic?
