Yes illegal . But no knock warrants should be illegal. Unnecessary risks for loss of life over something like drugs. Barging in a man's home over some chemical is just crazy. The enforcement is too dangerous for public safety concern.. Like shooting.a man for stealing a lolly pop.

Drugs just don't rise to invading the privacy of our home. Too extreme..

And kicking down an apartment door and spraying adjacent apartments with bullets does not create a dangerous environment.

Good points but the cops in question were following current laws. You can’t put any blame on them.

In general I put the blame on politicians and judges that rubber stamp warrants. One factor in the American Revolution was opposition to the British Writs of Assistance, i.e., a generalized search warrant and we have come full circle.

Nobody cares about the Fourth Amendment. It's not as sexy as the First & Second.

The Fourth violations are only something that happens to criminals, anyway.

We live in a world where scam artists everywhere are claiming to be cops, government officials or whatever. Of COURSE we should be weary when some random person busts down your door in the middle of the night.

All in the name of protecting me from pot. Something that got it's nickname because it literally grows like a weed.

Following several streams on Twitch and Twitter RN. Seems like someone may have shot a police officer.

Over 50% of Americans have smoked marijuana. How many of those people do you propose to lock up?

Blm are terrorists. The police and populace need to be prepared to fight back and defend themselves against these terrorists. They aren’t looking for equality, they aren’t looking to be treated fairly, they are looking to be treated in a special manner, to reverse the roles of historic oppression.

support for blm is support for terrorists

Agreed, Trump needs to start arresting all the NGO's who supported BLM and AntiFa. We have billionaires funding this madness. It is treason and it is sedition.

    FEDERAL CHARGES INCOMING!!!!

You say it is necessary for the government to control what people consume.
In general marijuana is illegal - therefore the government is controlling the consuming of marijuana.
Over 50 percent of the population have consumed marijuana.
Therefore you want people subjected to legal penalties for consuming marijuana.

That was more or less my logic and basis for asking how many people you wanted locked up. But in fairness I will revise the question. What percentage of the US population do you want to have a criminal record?

I never said that at all. You are creating a straw man, never once did I make that argument nor come anywhere close to it. That is false. Your question is based on a lie.

Ref. Post #132. You responded to a post stating that it was not the biz of the government what someone consumed. Didn't you say "it’s not extreme at all, it’s effective and necessary".

Again I never said anything close to what you are claiming I said, eve the actual quote isn’t what you are claiming. You are seeing what you want to see, not what is reality.

that quote is specifically in reference to no knock raids

Anyone that thinks destroying their own city or in any way injuring it's police officers or citizens is somehow going to help their cause, needs a brain transplant, it is the dumbest things they could possibly do. And the city of Louisville certainly did not do itself any favors with this grand jury decision after just paying out $12 MILLION of taxpayer money to Taylors family because of total police department incompetence

It's stunning how self destructive some can be. These actions only elevate and legitimize the criticism. These type of battles only lead to losing the war.

So we are going to pretend the police didn't announce "Police!", even as confirmed by a neighbor, and we are going to pretend the cops weren't shot at? We are going to ignore that these were known drug dealers partaking in criminal activity and distribution.

Only in America can we have the absolute scum of the earth, people that have never contributed on iota to society, dealing drugs and shooting at cops, and people protest (probably riot) when they get killed.

**** the left. Defending low life's and opposing law enforcement. Scum defending scum.

This is what false narrative gets you.

This was the grand jury's decision when they were presented with the facts of what happened. Not a politician and not an appointed or elected AG.
    A grand jury.
