    There's no information yet. I'm not sure how police decided there was no racial component. It's tragic this happened and that he was found this way:

    Hopefully justice can be served. And hopefully he was killed before being set on fire. That is not a good death.

    Vogel strangled the black man then kept his body in his basement for a short while before enlisting his mother and two o0ther white men to help him move the body. They loaded his body into a vehicle and drove it several miles out of town where the soaked it in gasoline dumped it in a ditch and lit it. No background was given as to why Vogel strangled the black men. He and Vogel knew each other.
