    That seems to be the argument made by the dems the last time she was confirmed. See, Biden is a nominal Catholic (with an emphasis on the nominal part). ACB is an actual, practicing Catholic, and that's simply unacceptable (in the eyes of the left) for a judge.

    Damn, she sexually assaulted me too. When finished she spit on me and left $5 on the side table. I was devastated, now just to head off questions, I don't remember when or where it was, or if I ever really met her or not, and my friends that know for a fact it happened unfortunately cannot remember any of this, but I really "feel" that it happened, so there you go. Now, for $50,000 I can work on my memory a bit, and for each additional $10 grand I am sure more details will emerge from my memory, no doubt.

    Well, for a start, Schumer and Senate Democrats will set their hair on fire over the fact that she's WHITE!

    Next, they'll try to rip her up over being a Catholic, and imply that something must be wrong with her because (*gasp*!) she's given birth to FIVE CHILDREN! :cynic:

    A key part of the Democrat Senate strategy will be to raise constant, high-volume hell about their assumption that Barrett will make it her 'mission' to throw out "Roe v Wade", screwing up the current abortion right.

    This will be carefully marketed and repeated by Senate Democrats to terrified, cowardly Republican RINO's in the Senate in order to scare them into voting against her, or even refusing to allow a vote on her candidacy at all!

    [​IMG]. BTW, the most noble, honorable Democrat was a Catholic... but, let's forget that.... :salute:

    I hadn't seen it 'til you shared it. I don't know if I find it as "freaking awesome" as you do, but it's a nice gesture from a long-time associate, and is a damn sight better than booing some political opponent 'cause you're mad that you're losing, so it's got that going for it.

    As for ACB's tribute, hopefully many decades from now, how about we just say nice things about the life she leads and be generally respectful? Is that too wild of an idea?
