Pretty much what was expected. That said, taxes are an issue with the IRS not politicians.

Are you taxed on your food stamps if you’re a Walmart employee?

Dirty Donalds day of reckoning is fast approaching. Donald Jr. was known as DIAPER DON when he attended UPa. because when drunk he passed out and pissed his pants on a regular basis, often on class mates beds.

Federal income taxes paid in 2017 (jointly with spouse):

    Joe Biden - $3,742,974

    Kamala Harris - $516,469

    Bernie Sanders - $343,882

    Elizabeth Warren - $268,484

    Donald Trump - $750

Yeh, someone definitely loves their nation.

If they already don’t pay taxes why do they need tax breaks which was the primary legislative agenda for trump?

Do you feel $750 is a fair share of someone who is a “multi-billionaire”?

Haven’t yet figured out if he’s a tax cheat, a horrible businessman, or both.

No... I think he's lying about his income... or real estate depreciations

Most likely both, per his former personal lawyer...

When you think about it, it would be pretty awesome to worship incompetence....

Puts very little pressure on you to succeed if your hero is a loser...

One thing that sort of seems to be true is that Trump might actually be under some sort of perma-audit, a story we all assumed was bullshit from day 1...

It certainly wouldn't prevent him from releasing, however...

Why should any of us give a flip? Isn't it the job of the IRS to prosecute tax cheats? Isn't it true that tax laws have loopholes to put off taxes in order to encourage investment? Is that too complicated for you?
Perhaps government isn't Donald Trumps preferred charity. It certainly isn;t mine. I know he has been very very generous in other areas.

Like I been screaming for YEARS in this forum, the problem is with the U. S. TAX CODE ITSELF!

Nobody in EITHER political party has done ANYTHING to really FIX the U. S. Tax Code so that it is fair, useful, or really beneficial to Middle Class taxpayers in my entire lifetime -- and I'm an old guy! :oldman:

"Fat Cat" Republicans and "Limousine Liberal" Democrats both laugh all the way to the bank -- because ALL of them take full advantage of all the loopholes, shelters, exclusions, exemptions, deductions, "carried interest", and other write-off's that ABOUND in the stinking U. S. Taxcode!

Why wouldn't the super-wealthy dump a heavy tax burden when it's so easy for the 'big-rich' in America to get out of it? Would YOU would willingly pay one penny more in tax than YOU have to? Is anyone really STUPID enough, and GULLIBLE enough to believe that Donald Trump is the first rich guy in the United States who paid little or nothing in taxes...?!

They'll NEVER cleanse the U. S. Tax Code of all the loopholes for the wealthy because the wealthy don't WANT to pay a 'fair-share' of taxes when they can force it onto us stupid, helpless 'schmucks' in the Middle Class.

And you can bet your ass that even if corrupt, senile ol' Joe Biden is elected president, HE WON'T DO ONE DAMN THING TO 'FIX' THE TAX CODE, EITHER! Why would he...? Thanks to all the crap he's pulled so successfully for over four decades, he's one of the 'rich guys', too! :omg:

These are his business as well as personal taxes, so they're not just about what he claims he takes home in salaries. And what they show is that he's not - by a long shot - the magic money-making business guru he claims to be.

Biden is a PAUPER compared to Rich Mitch who was penniless when he first got elected.

Plus, this represents enough debt to cause any reasonable person to demand to know to whom he is indebted. It's the biggest recipe for conflicts of interest that this office may have ever faced.

A "pauper"? Joe Biden is a PAUPER...?! :roflol:

I can speculate that ol' Joe is worth a lot more, but it can't be proven it -- yet -- until all the investigations into him and his cocaine-huffing, high-rolling kid, Hunter, have been explored all through the Biden family's dealings in Ukraine and China.

But, everybody trusts Forbes -- so, according to Forbes, ol' Joe is worth $9,000,000. Link: https://www.forbes.com/sites/michel...idate-built-a-9-million-fortune/#661dcc54104d

Not bad for 'nobody' Democrat politician from Delaware, who was making $40k per year when he got rolling....

I would love to be a "PAUPER" worth at least $9,000,000!

I've been pondering his financial stability ever since it was reported that he had to renegotiate with his wife to get her and their son to move to the White House after his election and his alleged misappropriation of inaugural and, then, campaign funds. He may be very cash poor and doesn't want that out so he can continue his business ventures unabated.
