Melatonin is proposed in the MATH+ protocol marginally because sleeping enhances the immune system but much more importantly because of the modulation of the interleukin system. It is recommended in all phases, 2 mg in the prophylactic phase and 6 to 12mg in the treatment phase, and that's not for sleep.

 

On a more serious note, the man's not working from a hospital bed, breathing from an oxygen tank taking a treatment of last resort. Why hasn't Pence taken over until/if Trump is back on his feet? THIS (not some silly impeachment workaround) is why the 25th exists.

Unlike you apparently, I have actually seen Trump in person from a short distance away. I am not colorblind. He was not orange. Now if you want to keep believing everything you see on TV or a newspaper put out by a tightly controlled government/media complex be my guest.
