For those who have been saying that Trump's becoming president has resulted in his losing money, note that Trump's fortune have been in decline for a long time, and during the prior decade (before 2010) the ONLY thing keeping Trump family from going under was his show, the Apprentice, and since the show ended, his fortunes continued decline. Trump used his profits from The apprentice to invest in money losing golf courses.

In short, Trump makes money as an entertainer, but is a lousy businessman. But, methinks Trump no longer is entertaining, he's a downright boorish bore, and people are sick of him and his bullshit chaos and insanity, incessant lying, and all around buffoonery.

No what Obama did was a “fluffy”. He created a bunch of part-time temporary jobs and claimed to have a recovering economy. Trump actually created real permanent full time jobs. Know the difference.

Regulations streamlined, business growing, income rising within the middle and lower classes, the middle class grew.

It’s nice when you inherit someone else’s successful economic policy, and the only thing you really do is make things easier for the oil and coal industries and get Congress to borrow against anticipated future prosperity and give the money to Wall Street.

Plenty of people have pointed this out.

Wrong. The trends in part-time/temporary/contract jobs created as opposed to full time permanent jobs is statistically significant.

It's a big topic and I'm not going to go into it here. All I can think to say is it a lot of people don't seem to have been satisfied. and I've said it somewhere else but there's a whole lot about the stuff outside the economy that needs to be working as well.

Also, in our economic terms it had a caffeinated feel to it, just like prior to 2007.

But it can't be denied, many have gained a lot under Trump.

We know for a FACT that when he is at his golf courses, he is reaping millions from each visit. It was leaked that he charged the Secret Service $35,000 for "2 days a golf cart rentals".

Your claim that a man who has spent his entire life spending other peoples money to promote himself, and who was known for years in NYC to have shady business dealing, has now found some higher calling now that he gets to use taxpayer dollars ?

 

The properties are charging the Govt at cost....they aren't making money
