First, based only on the Video, Floyd first began problems with the cops at his own car. He clearly was not following orders and the cops had to work specially with him just to get him to follow orders. Actually there is a law on this matter where the Cops orders must be followed. Cops did not create that law, in the main it was Democrats that created that law. Floyd finally was walked over the street to where the cop car was. He got into the car saying he could not breathe. Why was he breathing in his car yet not in the cop car? What caused him to later claim in the cop car he could not breathe? When the cops kneeled on him on the street, he had managed to remove himself from the cop car. Clearly the drugs controlled Floyd. I believe that the defense has a good case and it will improve now that the cop is free on bail.
They aren't doctors. It's not their job to diagnose people. If you want to ignore the coroner's report so you can feel good about not knowing the facts, that's on you. You can't put a dangerous idiot who is fighting you in the ambulance.

He went into cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained. You get restrained when arrested. That’s not the fault of law enforcement.

I will be paying close attention to this case when it goes to trial. Nothing Floyd did justified the policeman putting a knee on his neck for 8 minutes.
Those were incredibly silly the first time around. The good news is this, all "they" need to do is stop committing crimes and all of this somehow goes away. They can do that simple task that the rest of us do, yes?
Nothing that police officer did makes anyone but Mr. Floyd or his family the victim of that crime. To Mr. Floyd and his family goes the suffering. To the rest of us should comes a challenge to choose to overcome what caused it. Mr. Floyd does not have that choice or chance-we the witnesses do. Because we have that choice-we are NOT victims. When I say we I do not presume to speak for any black or anyone else who has felt a personal attack. I speak to the rest of us who witness it. I come from a line of holocaust survivors. If we have into the darkness it would have snuffed us out. I don't presume to speak to anyone who suffers just the next generations and say-use it as a lesson to do something better. Don't give in to it. Don't use it to limit yourself in any belief of the positive you can do.

I in no way justify the way the black was forced to check out. A lot cops do and I do not always approve what they do. Floyd was a special case. Not due to color. He was a very large human and with the drugs in his system, he probably could not control how he fought the officer. The officer I believe followed his training. We will see what a jury decides.

Funny isn't it that whites do join the blacks and for a long time the media does not mention that. I do my best not to hate. And any life matters and if one is black, that life matters the same. Do you distinguish based on color of the skin? Frankly due to media reporting, we do not know all about many cases. We hear a lot when a black is killed though.
Here's something you might find hard to believe.... When someone gets killed by the police, the first thing I ask is: were they being a criminal when they got killed? I could give a crap what color a criminal is. Don't want to get shot by police? Stop being a criminal, living with criminals, and/or engaging in a criminal lifestyle.

I am not actually positive why the Cops put Floyd in the cop car he said he could not breathe in and to date no report I have read explained why he was put into the cop car. Oh wait, I recall. A report of a counterfeiter. now I recall.
