So you believe postal employees are the average asshat?

No - please allow me to clarify.

Any asshats in the US postal service or general US society are more likely to find ways to express their asshattery with Trump as president. It's a statistical probability thing.

We don't have any ballot drop boxes.

Eight polling locations for a city of 700,000 people is most definitely discouraging voters. My town of 45,000 has 12. It's not enough places. That's a whole lot of votes per second to let everyone who wants to vote, not have to wait in a line with 10,000 people.

So you believe there are enough asshats in the postal service to upset the election?

That is what the Trump worshipers are saying, yes.

Who has only eight polling locations? The city of Houston, which is making the most "noise" about voter suppression has 122 polling places (plus people can drop absentee ballots in any mailbox).

Last week I was pointing out that voting in mail was not reliable and I kept hearing about how it is not a problem because there was no fraud in the past. They kept pointing out hard it would be to overturn an election with fraudulent mail in voting. Now suddenly the left is believing Trump that voting by mail is a problem. It is hard to keep up with you when you twist and turn so much.

The only people not trusting USPS are on the Democrat side of the aisle. The Trump side isn't trusting DNC operatives not to coerce naive citizens to give them their mail-in blank ballots or to steal mail-in ballots from nursing homes and fill them out in bulk (and then mail them). Ballot harvesters should be illegal. There are no issues with postal workers or the USPS on the right.

Unlikely, but if it comes down to the wire of course everything counts. I think there will be election fraud definitely on both sides but it won't be a swaying factor.

This is just my opinion, of course.

I can understand people having concerns with all this information/mis-information and neurosis about fraud flying around. I don't blame people wanting to vote in person to be sure.

Indeed. Which is why being against wrong, no matter what team does the wrong, is rewarding for me.

Politicians have mastered the art of explaining why it was right when they did it, but wrong when they do it. Partisans on this forum have a much harder time.

My mail in ballot was put into the mailbox at the sidewalk in the front of the house. Sent it over a week ago.

I only use mail in to have plenty of time to fully try to vet the candidates offering their services.
    Trump has my support.

Good for you! I, personally, do not respect men who have five children from three mothers, having cheated on all of the wives. That's what makes this country so great! Our freedom of speech allows us to respect each other, even if we don't agree with the way they choose to live their life.

In my lifetime, I voted for a good many presidents that cheated on their spouses. I saw how the Democrats fell in love with Bill Clinton and figured, hell they will love Trump. Kennedy, my first presidential vote ... cheated. Johnson was next. Cheated with women in the White House. Press tried to keep that out of the news. Carter I believe never cheated. Maybe that is why he is older than I am.

The moral purity test or expectation for US presidents went out the window with Clinton. The media mostly kept mum on the cheatings of previous presidents to protect their public reputations.

I don't find groping other men's wives and children terribly appealing either. Especially the children.

I don't disagree at all. Were the extreme religious right celebrating those cheaters? I was never a Hillary fan, but when she just sucked it up, I lost all respect for her. Same with the wife of toe tapping in the airport dude, and all the rest.

"I made a mistake," with dutiful wife standing by his side on the podium press events, make my skin crawl. Trump makes my skin crawl.

Men and women have sex. I would hate women due to my first wife and her style of marriage. I wanted no part of that style. My last lady friend was like that too and for a long time had me fooled. I heard from one of her woman pals that she was told to give me a try that I was that good.

When a woman has a super good guy, why mess around?

I don't know. I've been in two serious relationships, and two 20's version of serious relationships. I never cheated. I've no idea why someone doesn't say, "Hey, not into you anymore, I want him/her over there."

Cheating is straight up sleaze. I'm not religious; that's just where I stand on the subject.

I agree. I usually mail my ballot in, but I won't be doing that this year. I plan to wait until Nov 3rd and drop my ballot off at the nearest polling location.

I agree with how you see things. I am a member of a good church but not one of the holy rollers or the super preachy group.

My last wife was not a cheater. We divorced I believe over her being a JW and me not one. I did not try ever to change her religion or make her feel uncomfortable. She was good to our daughter too. She committed suicide we believe by going into the ocean at Hawaii. Very bad idea too.

No. he's clearly insulting the Tangerine Turd and the handful of twatwaffles at the executive level of USPS.

Only the postal workers could significantly delay mail in votes without significantly delaying all the mail.

That was only BECAUSE of GOP fiscal MALFEASANCE that FORCED the USPS to fund retirements for people they had NEVER even HIRED yet.
