There’s this thing called “common sense”. When rioting and looting is occurring in a city and state which is miles away from you, common sense says to not insert yourself. Especially if you are a teenager with no training or experience.

You said there are times where it's not PRUDENT to go places but those are because azz**** criminals should not be allowed in those places or to hurt others and destroy property. Secondly, he and you and I have the exact same right to defend what is ours, and no one has the right to attack us or destroy what is not theirs.

Kyle was legally there, protestors destroying things are NOT. I'm not sure why you think it's ok to destroy things and hurt people.

Common sense also says not to chase and attack someone who is armed but the rioters did it anyway.

Look, this kid had no training or experience in dealing with that type of situation. His parents home or property was not threatened in any way. The kid appears to have a hero complex.

He exercised poor judgement. Like I said, he should face the consequences of that poor judgement. What those consequences should be can be a debateable issue.

Like when a girl wears a short skirt to a frat party?

No one is arguing to the contrary.

What is it with you and college girls in short skirts? That has nothing to do with this issue.

It's a question. Why are you supporting the ANTIFA thugs?

So, you no longer support the mob who attacked Rittenhouse. And you posted this, just today? Quote it.

It does when people start talking about how he had it coming and want to apply seperate standards.

I haven’t seen anyone make that case. I certainly haven’t. It’s irrelevant anyway.

Your question is an ignorant diversion. Stick to the actual incident being discussed here.

My question addresses your 'tempting fate' argument in toto.
You want to avoid it because you know it negates said argument.
    Your concession, accepted.

You mentioned he was tempting fate. That argument can be made about any woman wearing a short skirt. Mdrobster said he had no place being there. The same can be said about any woman who was "at the wrong place at the wrong time".

Yes he did temp fate. He used poor judgement as teenagers are known to do quite often.

Stop with the short skirt diversion. If that’s what you want to discuss, start a thread about it.

It’s odd that there are people who believe this young man should not be held accountable for his decision. It’s more perplexing how most of those people believe he was demonstrating good judgement.

With some people two wrongs = a right.

Says the people not as concerned with the pedophiles and convicted criminals running around burning the city and attacking people.

Pretty sure that between Rittenhouse and the rest of the societal rejects running around the city, he was in the least of the "looking for trouble" category.

But you guys keep on defending convicted felons burning cities, carrying guns, and chasing after people like a pack of hyenas.

Maybe you'll get the opportunity to someday experience the things you defend so vociferously.

How do you hold someone accountable for acting in self-defense?
Good to see you blame the girl with the miniskirt.

People have a right to defend their property and themselves.

It's perplexing how you see that as a problem.

How do you know it was "unknown". You know he's from a town like 30 miles from there yeah?

How do people get treated that come to burn down the city where you're from?

He had every right to be there. People with molotovs and clubs do not have the right to destroy property or hurt others. He only used justifiable force when attacked.

the idiots who attacked kyle are a pedo who raped 5 boys, a domestic abuse aficionado, and a thief. Good riddance.
