That was exactly the point of my thread. Why should Dems pay attention to unfavorable news about their candidate, when the Republicans have shrugged of ANY bad news on Trump as fake news for four years? They reap what they sow.

The only thing that can save him, is if he cheats with the help of his new buddy Justice Barrett, claiming bogus fraud and having the courts overturn the result of the election. This Justice will help him cheat, of course. Look up the recent decision of the SCOTUS regarding a lower court finding for the decision of the state of Pennsylvannia to accept mail in ballots if they arrive up to November 6th. The GOP wanted to stop that (the GOP apparently is very afraid of voters). So, 4 of the conservative justices wanted to strike it down. Justice Roberts joined the three liberal justices. With 4x4, the lower court's decision prevailed and votes will be counted.

Now, enter Justice Barrett. She will side with her 4 fellow conservatives. The GOP is already talking of re-submitting the case after her confirmation, which then would result in a 5-4 vote. That's the plan.

Now, how can she help Trump steal the election?

Simple. Let's say there are several states with small margins of victory for Biden. Trump sues, claiming fraud (with not an ounce of evidence, of course). The case is appealed to the SCOTUS. The SCOTUS needs to rule if there is merit and stall the recount while the "fraud" is investigated, or say it's groundless and allow the recount to proceed so that the tally can be confirmed and certified. I'm fully expecting Justice Roberts to join the liberals again. But then, with Barrett, the court will vote 5x4 to stall the recount. Appeals and appeals and stalling and stalling and the constitutional deadline passes without a declared victor. The constitution establishes that in this case, the election goes to the House of Representatives, but not with each representative having a vote, but rather, each state delegation having a vote. The Dems have more representatives but fewer delegations. The GOP controls 26 delegations. Thus, Trump is re-elected.

Get it?

Look, the Biden's have been exonerated many times already, including by a Republican-led senatorial committee that concluded for no wrong-doing. Why do they need to relitigate this obviously fake smear campaign? It would be granting it too much dignity.

Again, Trump cannot prevail with this fake evidence. He cannot prevail through the voters. He will only be able to prevail, through his buddy Barrett, which is why he is so adamant in getting her there before 11/3.

It's obvious, and it's transparent. Mark my words. It's exactly what WILL happen.
