@Biden voters, I'm still on the fence, what Biden policies do you like?

My ballot is open and I'm ready to fill in some circles. So far I'm leaning Trump. I'm a fiscal conservative, 2nd ammendment supporter and have a liberal outlook on most NON-MONETARY things such as gay marriage rights and equal opportunity for women in the work place, Racial Equality (EQUALITY, not special privileges) and so on,.
As far as abortion, its just my personal opinion that its a woman's right to chose (IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER) unless there is some outlying factor that puts the Mother at risk (then its a free for all)
It may sound ignorant as I know its a "Human" for the start, but I think its a lot less worse to kill that sea horse looking like thing in the left picture as opposed to the 2 pictures on the right

That being said, my main concern is MONEY and under which president will I have MORE MONEY under?

I have been reading up on Biden's policies, specifically his tax policies. Unfortunately 90% of the page rips on Trump's policies but only has a small section about his own policies.

    https://joebiden.com/two-tax-policies/

here they are: (I'll put it in different color font so it doesn't detract from the rest of the post)

As a long-term strategy to ease the financial burden on working families, Biden is committed to offering specific tax cuts for major costs these families face, including:

    • Tax credits that help working families afford health insurance. In addition to his bold policies to protect and expand Obamacare, Biden will ensure that no family spends more than 8.5% of their income on health insurance by expanding access to refundable health premium tax credits.
    • Tax credits that help working families afford child care. Biden will offer up to $8,000 in tax credits to help low-income and middle-class families pay for child care as part of his comprehensive plan to create a 21st century caregiving economy. This is a major expansion of the existing tax credit which could mean up to $6,800 in additional tax relief each year for such families.
    • Tax credits that help working families pay for the cost of caring for an aging loved one, modeled off of legislation supported by AARP. Biden will also increase the generosity of tax benefits for older Americans who choose to buy long-term care insurance.
    • Tax credits to help families buy their first homes and build wealth — up to $15,000. Building off of a temporary tax credit expanded as part of the Recovery Act, Biden’s tax credit will be permanent and advanceable, meaning that homebuyers receive the tax credit when they make the purchase instead of waiting to receive the assistance when they file taxes the following year.

Equalizing the tax benefits of retirement plans. Current tax benefits for retirement savings provide upper-income families with a significant tax break, while providing a limited benefit for low- and middle-income workers. Biden will equalize benefits across the income scale, so working families also receive substantial tax benefits when they put money away for retirement.

How does the above help out a single middle class person in the 70k + salary range as opposed to Trump's policies. I notice he has "FAMILY" in there lots of times. As a single person, i contribute way more to the system than I TAKE and are either of these presidents going to give me some kind of break/tax cut for GIVING more than I TAKE from society?

I am also curious about this whole defund-the-police thing that I see the hard left pushing. Will I be safer under Biden's rule? I don't know, I'm asking. I'm in New Jersey and as many New Jersey folks know, there are certain neighborhoods YOU JUST DON'T GO INTO.
I have been car-jacked and jumped and this is not uncommon for white folks getting lost in the wrong Jersey neighborhood. I worry that with de-funded police that thugs will be emboldened to commit even more crimes. Our current governor loves to release criminals onto the street before their due dates and its all very scary.

I am also concerned with these things I hear about Biden (I've only HEARD these things and cannot currently back them up with fact) bringing more low income housing to the burbs.

I pay good money to live some place "safe" and after seeing so many videos of whites getting beat up just for being white (Like the video of the guy catching the brick to the back of the head or the guy that was trying to help a woman get harassed and ended up getting kicked in the head by multiple men)..How do i know more or less of these incidents will occur under Biden?

How will I defended myself against defended police emboldened thugs without the 2nd ammendment when they bum rush my house?

I don't think Biden is far left (probably why he ended up being the nominee), but I do think he's easily influenced and running out of obligation to the left (because if he truly wanted this, why didn't he run in 2016?)

I also hear stuff about Trump's "bad" 401k policies (which I don't know the facts about). How would my 401k be better protected under Biden?

So with all of that being said, which president would benefit me more from a monetary standpoint and a safety standpoint?

Too many threads on here are insult based (I know, I have done it myself), but this is meant to be a serious POLICY discussion. You know, the main root of the word POLItics.

Keep out all name calling, all "orange turds", "bigot in chief", "china joe", "sleepy joe" references. I am not gonna lie, the left annoys me and I lean to the RIGHT and I have ripped on them in the past, but at the end of the day its about the POLICIES and not PERSONAL OPINIONS so lets keep the replies civil please. We got plenty of other threads to rip on each other in.

I haven't had any Biden supporters discuss policies yet, they just go on about how much they hate Trump (don't get offended by that comment, i'm sure there are some on the right that do the same exact thing, I'm just saying what my experience has been, on this forum and in real life)

    Thanks

I'm what you'd call a Bill of Rights "absolutist", in my mind one of the singular documents in human history, and since the Democratic Party has made the gutting of the 2nd Amendment a goal (the 1st is far from safe too), then it's ANY Republican (and I'm FAR from being one) warts and all. It's as simple as that for me.

Since you are focused on taxes and economics I would point out that President Trumps tax cuts for individuals will expire in 2025 while his tax cuts on corporations permanent. Hence I see his economic focus is on businesses.
Biden seems to be more focused on the middle and lower middle class working people. He says he will raise taxes on corporations and on investments while not raising taxes on the middle class and increase the child tax credit to help American families.
I think this shows a distinct difference in economic philosophy.
