Will next debate moderator be as biased as the last one?

It appears so:

There was also $3,300 for Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign and $2,100 for Hillary Clinton’s doomed 2016 presidential effort against Trump. Another $7,300 was contributed to the Democratic National Committee between 2004 and 2020.

In 2012, Welker and her family celebrated Christmas at the White House with the Obamas.

Though Kristen Welker’s party registration is not listed today, she was a registered Democrat in Washington, DC, in 2012 and in Rhode Island in 2004.​

One would think we could come up with a better debate format than the ones we've been having as of late, could we not?

 

I see the Trump cult is getting their excuses for losing big in place early. That's good thinking on their part.

Of course, Trump may just cry and run again. His team is already setting the stage for that. If it happens, the Trump voters here will again all bleat about how brave DearLeader is for chickening out. You know, just like they did after Trump ran away crying from the second debate.

 

Speaking of chickening out, I see now where the moderator unilaterally removed the "foreign affairs" segment of the debate so Biden wouldn't have to answer to his corrupt and criminal dealings with Burisma.

The coward Biden can now put a "lid" on his campaign, knowing that he won't have to address his past foreign policy disasters during his time in the corrupt Obama administration.

Looks like a TRIFECTA to me. All three are winning answers.

 

Moderators even have a mute button this go around. They are circling the wagons around Biden this time. They can silence Trump or Biden to protect Biden.

 

The moderator of the next debate will expose herself as a hack and Biden cheerleader, but the liberals will deny it.

Even a friendly FAUX news moderator couldn't keep Trump from looking like an idiot.

Who the moderator is will not matter. Any question more difficult than "What color are your shoes?" or "Point to Donald Trump?" is going to cause Trump to go bizzarro all over again.

Actually, Trump should just back out and go out and hold rallies that day. The idea of a mute button is childish and ridiculous. First of all, if a moderator can't garnish the respect of the participants then the moderator should not moderate. Get someone who can without getting into fights with either candidate. The moderator is not running for President of the United States. They are unimportant people. Ask a question and just shut up and let the candidates go at it. If the actions of one isn't liked by the people then they can use that to make their decisions on who to vote for. You have a loud obnoxious candidate and then a real crook, Joe Biden. He has been paid by foreign communist countries millions of dollars. Specifically from Russia and China, The Ukraine is not currently communist but Biden extorted money from the Ukraine to pay Hunter who in turn paid his dad as it says in the emails just discovered. Who do you want? A President who extorts money from foreign communist countries to build up his wealth or a President who goes through legal channels such as trade deals in which the people of the United States receive the benefits? If you choose the crook, what does that say about your character?

Of course it matters. Welker has already changed what the debate was to focus on. It was supposed to focus on foreign affairs. Like Hunter and the Russian Mayor's wife. And, the other prostitutes putting Joe Biden in a compromising position as Joe was paid by Hunter for getting Russians, Chinese and Ukrainians to pay Hunter who in turn paid his dad. How else do you think he can afford 4 mansions?

 

As for Trump, it's not his job to create a fair-and-balanced debate, it's the job of the debate committee.

I didn't even know Bob Dole was still alive, but this is what he said about the debate committee.

“The Commission on Presidential Debates is supposedly bipartisan w/ an equal number of Rs and Ds. I know all of the Republicans and most are friends of mine,” Dole tweeted, saying he was concerned that none of them supported Trump. “A biased Debate Commission is unfair.”

 

You're probably right. Instead of the debate being focused on foreign policy, as originally planned, here's what the "moderator" has now declared the topics to be:

1. COVID-19
2. American families
3. Race in America
4. Climate change
5. National security and leadership

That's not a debate, that's a DNC/BLM funded drama series.

The Trump campaign should counter offer a different set of topics, and if they decline, Trump should decline their charade of a debate.

 

Trump should very nicely appeal to her in the beginning of the debate, something like "thank you for moderating this debate. We all know you are a committed democrat, just like the last 4 moderators and it's perfectly fine, we hope you'll find it in yourself to check your partisanship and biases at the door for the next 1.5 hours and remain fair and unbiased".

The public will watch the debate in a totally different light, knowing the context and the swampy moderator will have a much harder time getting away with one-sided approach.

 

It only helps Trump when they throw up activist democrats as moderators, no one is stupid enough to think they are fair. Well, I guess some people are.

Wouldn't having members of the debate commission favoring Trump create debates that favor Trump?

Not sure what a debate that favors Trump would present? Clown cars and light sabres? Cream pies at 30 feet?

How about this one, live fact checks on both candidates? That would be fair would it not?

 

How about just let them have at it with each other and mods perform moderator duties and not get in the debate. Let people hear both and make up their minds based on that. Media teams can 'fact check' when it's over and spin their little hearts out.

 

Wallace is not Trump friendly.

 

No one is asking for a debate format that favors Trump, they're asking for a debate format that favors neither candidate; as opposed to the current one that blatantly panders to Biden.

Those who think fact checks are facts don't know what a fact is, and wouldn't know one if they saw one. The only way you'll know if a fact is a fact is if you fully research it yourself, and few do.
