Here he says he would shut the country down. Was he lying then or lying now?

 

At the end of the day Joe stays in line with the party and the party is full of people who think shutting down the country to save just one life is the morally right thing to do.

 

According to Biden he's going to shutdown the virus and keep the country. I sure would like to hear is plan for achieving this feat. I'm sure the rest of the world would love to hear his plan as well.

 

Biden also mocked Trump saying we have to learn to live with the virus and we can't all hide in the basement like Joe. He's exactly right and it's just like living with the reality of death and horrific injuries from automobile accidents that we accept as part of keeping our economy up and running.

What's crazy is, when Covid hit us early this year, I told my wife Trump just got what he needed to easily win re-election with Covid. All he had to do was show strength in leadership and say a few inspiring words to the Nation. Instead he decided to be Trump and only care about himself. Because of that, Ole Joe has a good chance.

 

Odd. I was thinking the other day that if Joe were president that all the deaths would be used against him politically. I mean he suggests to do the same thing Trump has already done. Joe doesn't have any real criticism.

Also, I don't think even a successful COVID response would have meant a lock reelection for Trump, since most would have figured out it was due to letting the medical professionals do (and dictate) what they are trained to do. Likely would have been a lot closer though..

I disagree with the way Trump is handling the virus, but he isn't making flase promises Biden is. Exactly what is his plan to shut down the virus without shutting down the country? If you are voting for Biden then shouldn't you know what his plan is? Sounds to me like he's telling everyone they can have it both ways. I have to throw down the BS flag on that promise.

 

You forgot to highlight the last part of the sentence where he said he's not going to shutdown the country. You can't have it both ways. And I don't need someone interrupting Biden's words. I want to hear it from him since he's the one running for president, not you.
