    Trump doesn't visit Colorado. Neither does Biden. So I'm unlikely to have seen ads.

    "Presumably" they interview you? And check your temp? I doubt that very much. Trump doesn't believe the virus is a problem, so why would they check your temperature?

    What would Trump's people ask you in order to determine if you're approved to attend?

    I refuse to believe a majority of sentient adults have not carefully studied the internet videos of the actual Biden appearance, only to then claim Biden has the same level of support as Donald Trump.

    Consider what they tell us. We risk our lives just showing up to support someone. They make that act of simple courage into a display of unthinkable health risk. These are not sane people. These are the people we need to ensure never take reins of power.

    Well of course they do screening. Profiing, too. How? Probably just some "howdy" questions and visual inspection. If you have some leftist on a mission to disrupt the rally by screaming "Down With Fascism!!", the security guys can pick up on their vibe. Secret Service is also checking you out before you get anywhere near the stage.

    I'm genuinely curious: at what point would you agree that it's okay for people to assemble again? I don't mean "by what date?" I mean what metric would you use? Assume that Covid-19 is never going to be completely eliminated. It has a mind of its own.

    No disagreement in principle, but flu deaths were under 40k in 2019.

    Of course, Biden thinks shutdowns are okay if they save a single life:

    Yes, he said that. I gave you the cite and remember when he said it. He probably meant it at the time, though has since forgotten he even said it because he has obvious dementia, and he'd deny it as you are denying it now.

    Look, I'm not sure which of Joe Biden's incoherent and inconsistent ramblings I am supposed to assume are the ones he really believes, but he certainly did say it, just as sure as he said we are going to transition away from fossil fuels.

    And "yet"? That doesn't make any sense. I voted for Trump notwithstanding his personal flaws, as I imagine you voted for Biden notwithstanding his, for policy reasons.

    If Trump were, through dishonesty, enriching himself at the public expense, it would be one thing. But he isn't. Biden has had his head in the trough for decades. How did that help anyone? How did the crime bill and any wars he voted for help anyone?
