Biden is leading Trump in 2020 polls. But expect Election Day to be a repeat of 2016.

An NBC news article says the polls are wrong again. This is very surprising. It also states the reasons for the surge are a recovering economy and Biden's failure to campaign. Trump is surging and high Republican turnout will result in his victory tomorrow.

Yeah, if you had an opinion piece written by a Biden supporter it would claim why Biden would win. Duh. The OP implied somehow this meant NBC, as a news organization, was saying Trump will win, and that no news organization would say either candidate will win. Opinion pieces and the news are separate entities.

 

I hope Trump wins tomorrow but unfortunately I just don’t see that path to victory. Hope he wins, but I suggest preparing yourself for a loss.

Stepien said that Biden was foolish to campaign in Ohio on his last day of the campaign, noting that the makeup of the electorate favored Democrats by just 0.6 points.
“President Trump has a projected Election Day votes cast margin of over 400k net votes,” he wrote.

Stepien then focused on North Carolina, noting that their early and mail-in voting margin was only 5.8 points.
“President Trump has a projected Election Day votes cast margin of over 400k net votes,” he said.

On Pennsylvania, Stepien said that Trump’s supporters would vote on Election Day, despite Democrats banking many of their “high propensity” voters early.
“President Trump’s E Day margin needs to be significant and we project an Election Day votes cast margin of over a million for President Trump,” he wrote.

In Arizona, Stepien noted that the election day electoral margin makeup was only ahead by 1.2 points.

If the election were a month away and/or if so many people hadn't voted early, I think we'd see a much clearer path to victory for Trump ---- thanks to a recovering economy, a good performance in the last debate, and the fact that Biden is unraveling. Unfortunately a bunch of people have already cast their vote for Biden, and for all that "how do I change my vote" is trending on Google, my state (Florida, a critical swing state) doesn't even allow it. I think plenty of Biden's early voters are suffering from buyer's remorse right now, but I'm afraid there are enough of them to push him across the finish line whether or not they support him still.

But I'll keep hoping....... Trump/Pence 2020!

 

He had a good 4 years, and will be remembered well once emotions simmer down. But the msm, Hollywood, and social media are massive influences on our culture and all were united against him. It’s possible he still wins but either way I’m confident in my abilities to thrive regardless of who is president but I do think everyone would be better off with Trump

 

Good news from the Trump Scranton rally today:

80.1% of attendees have not voted yet.
21.2% are not Republicans.
24.9% did not vote in 2016.

 

I've got this feeling that if Biden isn't comfortably ahead after the mail-ins have been counted, he's going to be in real trouble come election day.
