    Not based on race though.

    A healthy, non veteran white male vs a healthy, non veteran black male.

    One can benefit from affirmative action and one can't and the reason is solely based on race. You don't have to like it, but it's true.

    It was intended to stop discrimination against blacks. But the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Now it’s used to discriminate against whites.
