And now the Repubs will go for payback...thus proving my point. And then the Dems will go for payback and back and forth we go. BOTH sides....Bunch. Of. Children.

How sad if you really believe that, especially as the majority of voters in the US have been democrats in the last two elections.

So you advocate for a dictatorship. Interesting.

Some of us view it as loving the country and disliking the corrupt establishment government which is working against most of the people.

The RINO's/DINO's are the "Country-Over" Party. The country may be over after this election. The American people are fairly united against our elected leaders and their non-elected bureaucracy. A few million ignorant voters tipped the scales toward Biden and just put the enemy back in power, while thinking they are "the resistance". Someone sure fooled them. Hahaha.

Trump lost because he's a terrible politician and person for that matter. Even some republicans probably voted Biden just to get him out. Literally anyone could have beat him. Thing is Dem's still won't learn anything because they think their candidate did great even though the fact it was so close says exactly the opposite.

    "Enemy"?

A few million AMERICAN CITIZENS decided to go to the store via route A instead of route B, and you're ready to burn down
the country because of that? WTF.

Well, no. If Dems were removed that would leave one party. That one party would have absolute authority, i.e. dictatorship.

Amazing how so many Trump fans don't get that.

I have no problem with the Republicans holding the Senate - split government means less money is spent, so maybe we can get a little hold
on a completely out of control debt.

There in lies your problem...viewing fellow American's as the "enemy". And people wonder why the US has become so divisive. I disagree with many views the Left has yet I don't consider them the "enemy". I also disagree with some views the Right has...but again I don't view them as the "enemy". It's sad that it's come to this, where people view each other as the "enemy" for having different opinions on issues.

You don't need to remove the entire party.

I absolutely hope the Repubs hold the Senate. No party should ever have total control of Congress and WH.

An effective opposition is the life blood of democracy, history teaches that. Only by effective opposition can excesses of any side be restrained. With no opposition tyranny will thrive.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

So, the establishment I'm guessing. That, we can agree on. Starting with Nancy Pelosi.

The Constitution provides, in express terms, that the President, as well as the Vice-President and all civil officers, may be impeached for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

I use the word 'reasons' because I'm not a lawyer, and reasons is not legal term, but high crimes and misdemeanors are 'reasons', So, when you say, 'no reason is necessary to impeach' ,that's misleading. You do need a 'cause', which is basically the same thing.

Anything can be their reason. Abuse of power, no confidence....pick whatever you like. They define what a high crime is.
