    First, if it’s legal, I don’t see a problem with making the suggestion.

    Second, have you ever moved to a new state? I’m sure you have. It can be a pretty expensive endeavor and would require people to uproot their lives pretty significantly. I don’t anticipate any significant number of people moving to Georgia just to vote in a senate runoff election.

    I saw the word TEMPORARILY. You know people would still have to secure a residence in order to register to vote, yes. That costs money.

    Proof of residence is required to register. One needs something official such as a utility bill, a deed or bill of sale, a property tax bill or receipt, a lease agreement, or a vehicle registration with a name and address on it. Hence a person would actually need to move; twice if they wanted to return to their original home.
    Perhaps the suggestions were tongue in cheek as the chances of that happening are remote.

    meh if I lived in Georgia I'd be sorely tempted to deliver an ass whooping to anyone I caught doing this. Thats all I got to say about it.
