If it is wrong, tell us how this voting process was valid with over 100,000 ballots containing wrong data.
The data is fine. It is the idiots reading the data that is the problem. In PA you can pick up, fill out, and hand back in your ballot on the same day at the county's election office. Likewise, the "sent" date is actually a "queue" date for the mailing label so that date could be different from actual printing and a voter receiving the ballot. So such dates are NOT impossible.
