Then open your ears, FOX is just now having a discussion. Things like the Paris Climate Accords and his reinstating them undermine the government's position. He is a PRIVATE citizen he has no OFFICIAL standing while the Trump transition team was OFFICIAL. So explain why Biden should not be charged, should not have over 300 people in the Trump administration unmasking their conversations, have FBI officials dropping in for "casual conversations" while trying to trap them into perjury and then a 3 year investigation.

You were claiming the NSA of an OFFICIAL transition team violated the Logan Act but telling the Russian Ambassador to not over react to sanctions and do something stupid. This is a private citizen.

In any case, all calls with foreign officials are recorded, so if there was in fact negotiations to undermine the US’s official position, the Us state department has full access to those conversations

I’m not going to argue that there was no negotiations, because I don’t know if there were, I am simply stating the fact that any reports to come out at this point in time are purely speculative. They are not based on any transcripts, or any information on what was said in those conversations

 

Not necessarily but lets get the Trump White House to start unmasking and begin a counter-intelligence investigation and start sending FBI agents around to see if they can get any Biden officials to commit perjury and of course assign a special prosecutor. And Biden ADMITTED in public he is having policy discussions with foreign leaders and he remains a PRIVATE CITIZEN at this point.

If corruption is legalized, then it is no longer corruption. That's why Comey could "send them", because his buddies would keep him safe from the fallback of the corrupt action against an administration.
