Seems to me that this vaccine should be good news for all Americans.

Trump won't tell us, but I'm sure "don't lie" might have been among them. We will all know when Biden is in power because I'm sure he will implement them.

Of course! That was the proper recommendation at the beginning. But time doesn't stand still. This has been explained many times. I'm amazed that you didn't know this.

Things change and continue changing rapidly. Darwin told us that the fittest are those who adapt to change. This might explain why spreader events occurred in Trump events and in the Trump WH, and not so much on Biden events or around Biden.

When all this is over, one interesting analysis would be to figure out how many votes Trump lost because his supporters, and the people around them, either died, or were too sick to vote because of his rallies. How many do you think? Peer-reviewed study estimate that at least 130 deaths were directly related to Trump rallies (not necessarily attendees). That's the guy who was supposed to "protect us" from all enemies foreign and domestic. He couldn't even protect his own followers.

You need to get your pronouns straight. Don't confuse "you" with "we". On the above phrase, change the "we" for "I", and you will have nailed it on the head.

    For example...

Trump did not shut down travel from China. You just repeat Trump's false talking points you heard in his rallies.

Absolutely avoidable. If Trump had followed recommendations. Over 130 thousand according to the last study made on this topic are attributable to Trump's incompetence. That estimate was done in October. I'm sure there will be an update soon.

Except for a few special cases he shut it down and he quarantined the rest as they entered the US. What would you have done differently in hind sight?

They most certainly did not. Except for government officials and their families, they couldn't even so much as keep track of the large majority of the people who entered the US having traveled to China. Much less "quarantine" them. I'm afraid you are so submersed in wingnut propaganda that I can see no hope.

Some were flown into military bases and were quarantined. Some were told to self quarantine and did not. It was early when the dangers were largely unknown.

Do you think they should have been locked up in quarantine?

But 'We're all gonna DIE'. Right? This is what's frustrating, there is nothing more propagandized than the response to the vaccine. Nothing, and now they make excuses for what they said back then.

It's absurd. These four years have been absurd. And from all indications that I've had, the absurdity won't stop just because he's gone.

    And... Here we go again.

Yet another manufacturer has a vaccine that doesn't have the same cold storage requirements as the one from Pfizer, and is not just 90% effective, but it's been described as "better than 95% effective".

All this less than 2 weeks after the election in which Trump's insistence that a vaccine was coming soon was poo-pooed as being "preposterous", to the point that Joe didn't even want to talk about it, he just rejected the idea out of hand while blaming Trump for it.

But, as if by magic, now that the election is over we have not just one, but two manufacturers (so far!) with effective vaccines, ready, willing, and able to start distributing it before the end of the year. Except in NY, I guess, because idiot-boy Cuomo doesn't trust any vaccine that Trump was involved with creating, testing, or approving. So more NYers will die because he's got a personal beef with Trump the person, not Trump the President. But he doesn't give a sh!t about that as long as he can score political points.

Is this good enough for you lefties yet? Are you still holding on to Joe's pre-election statements that such an idea was "preposterous"? Does the timing not seem peculiar to you? Because it does for me. In fact, blaming Trump personally for the whole pandemic is a big part of the reason Biden (probably) won. Virtually every other commercial here in FL, very much perceived by all as an in-play swing state, was Biden or his cronies essentially doing exactly that- pinning the blame on Trump, where no such blame exists for anybody.

But, I suspect you'll still find a way to continue to poo-poo it, and call me overly optimistic, so go ahead. Let's hear what you've got now...

Well, you're mischaracterizing what Biden said. He said in all words (I watched live) that he would absolutely take the vaccine himself, if certified by the FDA without the certification being the product of political pressure. Which is a very sensible position. Nobody should accept a vaccine not properly vetted and only approved politically... but everybody should accept one that is properly and scientifically approved.

Oh, it's Creepy Joe now? Because Sleepy Joe obviously didn't work... the supposedly demented, senile guy, spanked your boy...

But witnessing your BDS, Biden Derangement Syndrome, is entertaining, so, carry on.

Did anybody really doubt that immediately following the election, the Coronavirus issue would suddenly disappear.

The left knows that if things continued the same way they did for the first 3 years of Trumps administration, without the pandemic, he was a shoe in. They absolutely knew this.

I've never seen anybody so insulted by any criticism of Trump.
