Delayed start to transition of power hurts coronavirus-fighting effort, Biden team says

The petulant man-child who is currently taking up space in the White House was fired by the American People . Now he wants to exact revenge on us by causing even more pain and suffering than he already has.

The law says the transition is required to start after congress certifies the electoral vote. What has been delayed?

Oh really? What law? Can you document that? Can you show that this sort of obstruction has happened before in modern history? Never mind. Your full of ****:

And congress does not certify results. Individual states do. You really don't know squat

When do the electors vote for president?

    Seriously, study up a bit.

It would appear that you are out of touch with reality. The election is over and done with and you seem to be unable to defend your idiotic assertion that the transition begins after congress certifies the results.

Your link says after the election doesn't it?

Are you claiming the electors have already chosen a president?

    When did they do this?

Federal law says election day for President this year was November 4th.

no, Election Day for President, according to Federal law, is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. That's when the Electors are chosen.

State GOP lawmakers in Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have all said they would not intervene in the selection of electors, who ultimately cast the votes that secure a candidate’s victory. Such a move would violate state law and a vote of the people, several noted.

When electors are chosen yes, not when they vote for president.

Doesn't matter because the electors can switch on their own.

and many states can switch BACK the votes of Faithless Electors, and will do so.

and they will fire the Faithless Elector.

Arizona, Nevada and Wisconsin do this.

its also illegal under Federal law to change the way a state chooses their electors, after an election.

They can but they aren't forced to. There has never been a faithless elector vote tossed out. Even Hillary had a couple of them. All they have done is punish the elector in some way.

I am saying the the popular vote is over and that the rest, for all practical purposes is a formality. Get over it already!!
