Trump's lawyer, Jesse Binnall, who is working to get judges to reexamine the election results, says that Trump won Nevada.

The Trump team gives an update on the battle for Nevada. Apparently, a lot of people voted in Nevada and some other state. Mainly California.


I just did a calculation.

If only 0.09 percent of the California state population illegally voted as a resident of Nevada, it could have changed the outcome of the election.

That is about 1 out of 10,000 people.

That is due to a combination of the population of California being so large, and the election in Nevada being so close.

 

Over 150,000 votes tossed in Clark County.

 

So . . where is the actual evidence and why do Trumpists always get so upset when asked to provide evidence for their claims?

 

Actually tossed, or that's what Trump's attorney wants?

I read they tossed that many votes for the commissioners race. My scource is a reliable Republican but I could be wrong. Not sure if Trump can take advantage of it as Clark County is only contesting the commissioners race.

 

So any of the Trump supporters ever question why all of these fraud claims have absolutely not one shred of evidence or proof to back them up? Even after every single Judge tosses these suits out of Court for having no evidence, how can one still believe these horseshit fraud claims?

None of the State judges were appointed by Obama.
Most Federal Appeals judges were appointed by either Bush or Trump.
One of his Michigan Hail Mary's went before an appellate court of 5 justices ALL appointed by Republican presidents (that means not even one by Obama).

 

Yeah. It is confounding in that it's like the last 4 years did not happen. After Russiagate, I thought we would be slower to entertain such claims but apparently partisanship overrides those parts of the brain!

Now there are several instances of anomaly, which I think deserve our attention, but these do not seem to flip a state or the election. I predicted in 2017 that turnout would be higher than ever in 2020 and it looks like I was right, but with the mail issues and the any-means-necessary style of politics that has taken root in American culture, I have a hard time suspending my belief that something is going on. Doesn't mean I can't suspend my judgments, as evidence of victory is still required if Republicans expect me to take their side on any of this.

 

Trump and his cronies aren't really concerned withelection fraud, they've been too busy undermining democracy.

 

It's VERY sad and very crazy when people are immune to facts.

 

It seems that they're trying to give an excuse for Republican state legislatures to ignore the voters in their state and appoint Trump electors. I wish Trumpist would examine what Trump's lawyers are actually saying in court. e.g. even Rudy admitted, "this is not a fraud case". This was after his evidence-free rant about wide-spread fraud.

 

How's this for a conspiracy? Team Trump sees the Democrats are going all in on vote by mail and responds by putting in a postmaster general who systematically starts dismantling the systems that would handle the influx. That is discovered and Congress puts a halt to it. Plan B. Democrats push for more people to mail in while Republicans push against insuring a heavily lopsided mail in vote then attack the validity of those ballots in court in effect disenfranchising millions of democrat voters.

 

Worse, it's a herd immunity.

Then there's Trump supporters' "heard immunity"...

 

Trumps defence team to give an update at 12 noon today so now you will see just how bad this voter fraud really is.

 

Unless it adds up to more than 33,596 votes, it won't change the result. Plus, Nevada has only 6 EC votes, so the overall result is unchanged. They are grasping at straws.
