On November 4, the Trump campaign filed a motion to intervene in the lawsuit. He and other campaign representatives have said the votes in question should be thrown out.

Pennsylvania's vote-certification deadline is November 23. That leaves little time for the Supreme Court to both take up the case and issue a ruling before the commonwealth finishes certifying its votes.

"By deciding not to put that case on a particularly fast track, the court signaled that it's not especially interested in wading into this election, the president's fantasies to the contrary notwithstanding," Levitt told Insider. "And I can promise that if that case didn't get put on the fast track, none of the other pending cases are anywhere near close to drawing Supreme Court attention: They're either frivolous or borderline frivolous, and the court knows it."

Other than the Pennsylvania 3 day extension case, my personal vote is completely frivolous.... I haven't heard any rumor of anything other than that single case going to the SCOTUS.

Penn vote certification is Monday. I imagine Trump will find some stooges to delay local certifications like he did in Michigan, but that date is FIXED by their law... They can fart around for the next 4 days, but at the end, delaying certification anywhere is not the answer to Trumps pipe dream.

How long can it be before Trump turns his never ending pool of anger towards Roberts and "his" SCOTUS for refusing to play along with his losing game?

They may be a hyper-conservative panel, but they have ZERO reason at this point to get involved in the guts of this election and they know it...

61 more days than this National embarrassment will be gone either by choice or force. I prefer he gracefully leave on his own, but I gotta admit, it will be funny to see the Secret Service throw his ass out kicking and screaming.

    Trump will never gracefully leave.

It applies a scorched earth policy.

He will leave on his own, as late as possible, without attending Biden's swearing-in ceremony.

Then, to bail himself out financially, he will create a TV network dedicated to his glory to compete with Fox and propagate his conspiracy theories.

You think that's bad? The other day I saw something called a "suicide hotline." Can you believe that?!?! Man, what we really need anti-suicide hotlines. And I'm still shocked that there's actually an American Cancer Society. What kind of sick monster creates a society for cancer? Someone needs to step up and creating an American Anti-Cancer Society.

If Trump said something like that, the reception of it would be much different and all the people who are ignoring Biden saying it would be extremely alarmed if it came out of Trump's mouth.

You wouldn't be rationalizing if it came out of Trump's mouth. You'd take it at face value, verbatim, as stated. He did not say anti-fraud.

The interesting thing about the Biden quote is that Youtube searching doesn't find it. If you don't have the original link embedded in a news article, you can't get youtube to return this video, even though they are hosting it and the link to it is still unbroken. I suppose this is just a coincidence...

And suicide hotlines don't say anti-suicide. And the American Cancer Society doesn't say anti-cancer.

And, no, I wouldn't take it at "face value" if it came out of Trump's mouth. When Trump said, for example, said that we would beat COVID with "herd mentality," I thought it was funny, but I wasn't looney tunes enough to pretend that he was legitimately admitting to some kind of brainwashing scheme.

Hm, I wonder what the biggest producer of tinfoil is? I need to buy some stock after this election. Sales are going to go through the roof.

We seemed to have rapidly detoured away from a discussion about EITHER the SCOTUS or Election Lawsuits...

This thread has nothing to do with PE Biden or Trump leaving the WH..

    Anybody have anything on topic?

I'm fairly sure that the political Left can relax. The next president of the United States will be Joe Biden -- until the DNC decides to have Kamala take it from him later on in the first term. The only problem being that -- so far -- the senate wasn't stolen as well. That's going to leave behind a political mark by instantly making Harris-Biden lame duck presidents, whom will have to pull an Obama and rule via Pen and Phone. That's where the courst system will come into play as the various Right of Center judges shoot them down one after the other in a non stop stream.

When I searched for "voter fraud organization" on YouTube, I found it easily. But, hey, whatever BS we can pile on at this point, right?

That'll probably become the new excuse, though. They'll claim that the SC not hearing the case means Trump never really lost.

Comprehension? Of what? That Biden literally is on camera telling you that he's built "the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics"? LOL.. Cause that's literally what dude said. Watch the video.

    They'll steal that, too.

In 47 years in politics, Biden has scarcely had an original thought form in his head. He's such an underperformer, he has plagiarized talking points for decades. Indeed why wouldn't he when plagiarism got him through law school? There's a reason he's dredging up countless old Obama staff.

You know it's true. Trump has been accused of all kinds of nasty things when full context of everything he said shows he didn't say what he's accused of. The lack of moral consistency on the left is mind-boggling.
