The ruling is an astonishing rebuke, a veritable public humiliation on a grand scale, I mean, just look at the wording of it.

So much for all this hot air about 'evidence'. What a joke.

Let's get something straight, the courts are not a plaything for whiny rich people to get their way.

This isn't about finding and weeding out fraud, this is about vexatious litigation and wasting the courts time in the remote chance they can delay certification casting doubt on the election such that the state legislature will allow Trump to send in his own electors, OR throw the election to the house where Trump has the advantage. In short, it's blatant attempt to thwart the will of the people and undermine democracy, this is as un-American as it gets.

As of this writing, 36 lawsuits have been filed.

At least 24 cases have been denied, dismissed, settled, or withdrawn.

NONE have uncovered election fraud that even remotely equals 'dems stole the election'.

Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters.

...This Court has been unable to find any case in which
a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms
of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when
seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with
compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption
    , such that this
Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief
despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained
legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations
    , unpled in the operative
complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this
cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its
sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At
bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which
relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss
    Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice
    .

    [...]

...This claim, like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together from two distinct theories in an attempt to avoid controlling precedent.

Ouch! Reality bites! Unfortunately Trump supporters seem immune to reality, so they will just ignore this.

    Exactly.

This was essentially the last major case seeking to throw out or block enough votes that could swing a key state in Trump's favor, and Brann's decision on Saturday is the 30th loss or withdrawal of a case from the Trump campaign and its allies since Election Day. There have only been two wins in court, about very small numbers of votes.
"Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated," US District Court Judge Matthew Brann wrote Saturday.
Brann went on to admonish the Trump campaign lawyers for not presenting factual proof for seeking to invalidate so many votes in the key battleground state

This looks like the end of the line for Trump's significant legal challenges.

    Now what?

Will Trump ever admit that he lost fair and square?

Just posted this quote in another thread. It is a stunning rebuke of Trump's frivolous laws suits. Here you have it, Trump fans. These law suits are just hot air, no substance. Of course, we knew that all along. However, that won't prevent the fan club from screaming "leftists judges".

The Judge"s Admonishment to Trump's Lawyers (of seeking a remedy, with proof or facts) is the perfect example of being Laughed Out of Court.

Trump and his "Legal Team" are a Worldwide Laughingstock.

    Nope he can't, he's incapable.

Even if he leaves the White House on Jan 20th to a barrage of pelted eggs, he'll think they are from his adoring supporters worried he might miss out on the next taxpayer breakfast.

If only Rudy could have been there at the end they would have won.
They simply ran out of lawyers.

I wouldn't have Rudy as my lawyer even if he paid me $20,000 per day.

Chances are high that Sidney Powell will be cited in the Guinnes Book of World Records as the world's craziest lawyer.

    Even Tucker said no.

Tucker Carlson backlash tells us something important about some Trump supporters

On one hand, Carlson was appeasing his audience by fanning the voter fraud flames. On the other, he seemed to be trying to pour cold water on Powell's even more absurd conspiracy theory that millions of votes were changed by an elaborate international plot to undermine Trump. "If Sidney Powell can prove that technology companies switched millions of votes and stole a presidential election, she will have almost single-handedly uncovered the greatest crime in the history of this country and no one will be more grateful for that than us," Carlson said with the tone of someone who knows that will never actually happen...

    Great article.

Trump shows all of the classic traits of a mentally-deranged, violent, sociopath:

Always ready to lash out when his DELUSIONS are questioned. #SAD

Great news. Nobody expected anything less from a crooked Obama-appointed judge. Thankfully he was stupid enough to toss it quickly and not stall. One more crooked court, then onto the SC!

You skipped right over post #5. Good job.

The closest SCOTUS gets to this is enjoying the SNL skits during Saturday night beer pong tourneys. Smh

    Lolwut?:roflol:

Do you actually think that the SCOTUS is going to Waste Time on these Fantasies?

Trump would lucky to get a Per Curiam Rejection.

    The SCOTUS? :roflol:
    Yeah, right.:bored:

Let's repeat this most salient point about Trump and his "crack" legal teams!

Then fill in the blank in ALL of his legal claims!

How did these Republicans become such whiney losers?

Who's paying for all these lawsuits? I hope it is not the tax payers. When Trump was taking credit for an economic recovery that began when Obama was president I knew he could not handle a crisis. Well, he could not handle the pandemic and he can not handle losing fairly to Joe Biden.

    Don't let go.

It's not the 32nd setback in court in 15 days that will bring you back to reality.

Trump's second term is at hand, you're almost there....
