You know, it's really lame to assume a judge is beholden to someone who appointed him, ESPECIALLY if they are from the opposite party, hell. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch ruled against Trump the other day, and Barret seems like she is going to allow the ACA to stand. So, you're telling me a republican appointed by Obama is going to change his stripes? I don't think so.

It's scary isn't it. The only thing Trumpers have hoped for is that this entire debacle would go to SCOTUS because Trump appointed two of them. They don't want this case to be judged on merit, but rather on a quid-pro-quo. In their minds, they think SCOTUS works for their dear leader.

 

Trump fans are so easy to predict. As I said in another thread, NOTHING will convince them that the election was legit. They'll just keep moving the goalpost as more and more of their "evidence" of fraud is shot down by the courts.

 

Incredible, but totally expected that Trump would go down the "Obama judge" rabbit hole. The assault on courts is next, with Trump trying to tear down another one of our institutions and sow distrust. It's by them installing activist judges, and then pointing fingers at courts that judges have become politicized. ANYTHING goes in destroying our institutions for personal gain.

 

Even when the Supreme Court refuses to hear his case, he will find a way to pass himself off as a victim of the left.

And his supporters will protest against the "Rinos" that are Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett....

 

I find it unfathomable that anybody actually exists who thinks that the S.Court is Going to overturn the Election.

There is ZERO Chance of that happening.

 

They think we're still voting. The SCOTUS just needs to vote. 6 R's 3 D's. SCOTUS will vote for Trump. No case. No arguments. No fraud. Just a vote.

What ballots are you talking about ? I see lots of certified ballots. In fact, Monday evening, there will be enough certified ballots for 270 electoral votes for Biden/Harris.

 

Trump gave us criminal justice reform and record low unemployment. We will never see that under Biden. It's sad you all threw that away because of TDS.
