    Of course the state legislatures made the laws but the authorities carry them out. What are you talking about regarding the bureaucrats?? Bureaucrats Cary out the laws not make them.

    Fun fact: if the election results in GA, WI, MI and PA are thrown out, Biden only needs 238 Electoral votes to win and he would still have 244. Constitution says so. Yay!!!!!

    Trump started claiming before the election that left wing poll watchers (meaning democrats) would steal the election without proof.

    in order for Trump to win, he needs the results in WI, MI, GA, PA, NV and AZ to be flipped or thrown out.

    Sadly this is one of those rare occasions that you are wrong. It says more than half of the electoral votes, 270, not half of the electoral votes cast. That said, without Penn and Michigan that still leaves 270. I only bring this up because it's 2020 and God might play yet another trick on you.

    Look at all these frivolous lawsuits. Trump and his cult will tweet our various conspiracy theories alleging massive fraud from the democratic party, but when under oath with the penalty of perjury, they admit they are not chasing fraudulent ballots or that the election was stolen. Trump is playing his base as fools trying to defame an entire political party while admitting in court his claims are untrue. Isn't that pathetic? I cannot fathom how Trumpers are content with being fed lies.

    Team Trump withdrew a case in Michigan where they started asking questions about proof and all five of the judges were Republican appointees.

    No, she doesn't and it wasn't laws that were broken. She gave advice on helping legal voters correct ballots with errors. Some counties chose to ignore that advice. Since we're talk in terms of dozens it has no bearing on the outcome and it's up to the State to decide where to go in the future.

    It's not really about the judge himself, it's about not accepting anything that says Trump didn't win the election. The Trump base isn't just refusing to accept the election results, they also won't accept the results of any recounts, observations, investigations, or court rulings, unless they conclude that Trump won.
