If suddenly there was some incontrovertible evidence that the election was rigged and Trump was handed the win, would you except that?

100% would accept it. Do you have such evidence?

This question would be much more sincere if it was asked before the election.

Absolutely I'd accept it. I said this in another thread, but it bears repeating. Everyone has an HD video camera in their pocket, and hundreds of people have claimed there was fraud, yet no one has any video or photographic evidence. We have been asking for evidence since the week of the election, and there has been nothing! Sidney Powell makes made the rounds to the Trump-friendliest outlets, and even they didn't find her credible.

And, to reiterate another poster's sentiments from a different thread: Trump did this to himself. It has been more than four years of him crying "fake news" and lying to the country with every breath. Now he and his supporters are suddenly surprised when we aren't a bunch of credulous idiots? They may have lapped up every drop of his watery BS, but the rest of us just got more and more skeptical of everything associated with him. Now, it is oh so sweet to watch him burn (figuratively, for the hypersensitive Trumper snowflakes out there) in the fire he started.

If winged unicorns suddenly started flying out of my butt, I would accept that winged unicorns could fly out of my butt.
    It is what it is.

Right now, the only real question about the election is what happened with the dark money candidates supported by Republican donors in South Florida.

To be honest, that wouldn't really make me that happy because it would show a bigger problem. 1st world country with a 3rd world voting system. I really think if our voting system is that easy to compromise (and it has thanks to the RONA and easy to cheat MAIL IN VOTING) than I don't think that paints an overall good picture of the United States

Does anyone have such incontrovertible evidence? Anyone? Anyone? Please feel free to share it in this thread.

We spend hundred hundreds of billions of dollars each year in military spending to "protect democracy" - we should really redirect some of that
money to update our voting systems to restore some confidence in the democratic process.

I think that's already pretty obvious. How can you have fair elections where there are fifty different sets of rules, allowing some rules being bent to favor a political party, fifty different policies on securing those elections? How can you have a fair election with no ID requirement? What we have now may have worked in the past when honesty and integrity were still valued. At least half the nation views those things as fluid as convenience dictates and not written in stone.

No, the Left wouldn't. Immediately the DNC would release their violent rioters to destroy yet more leftist cities. You know that funding those animals for month after month like they did, must have cost the DNC a bundle from their slush funds.

If there was undeniable proof, of course! I wouldn't like it, but I would have to accept it. That's what adults do...

That sounds exactly like what I saw libs/dems saying on different forums back in 2004 after GWB was re-elected. Funny how this sentiment seems to flip from side to side, depending on who wins an especially contentious election.

It could use an update for sure...i'm sure there are other pools to take this money from...like forced critical race theory education and other unnecessary items. Why do you guys always wanna weaken our military? leave our military alone already

So you don't believe that states have a right to choose the way they determine how their electoral votes will be cast? They can have a beer pong tourney if they wanted.

Leave it up to the states.

If we're going to take away the state's right to choose their electors in their own way, the EC will lose my very strong support. Do you really want a popular vote determination? Careful what you wish for.

Yes I really want a popular vote determination, and real democracy. KEEP THE POLITICIAN INFLUENCE OUT OF THE EQUATION. The way we have it now with the peoples choice deciding nothing is a waste of time AND MONEY!!!!

Funny thing is, the two incidence of real fraud seems to be an attempt to put in 8,000 fake votes for a Republican candidate in California and the
Dark Money fake candidates in Florida financed by a Republican big money donor.

I don't really expect it. The reason is that the establishment is too eager to sweep it under the rug and move on.

You are going to have to convince a lot of people to turn the state elections into a national election. Good luck with that. States tend to like their autonomy.

If there were incontrovertible evidence that the election was rigged, the first suspect of rigging it would be Trump. Why would he be declared the winner?

I would reconsider my position and admit I was wrong. If no evidence is provided would you do the same?
