    only thing today so far that makes sense is the one guys suggestion to not fold the ballots when sent out as the flattening process is a bottleneck in counting and that is why counting took so long

    We are talking about the number of ballots counted exceeding the number of ballots requested or sent out. Why would they lie about that? I'm sure your article is biased and wrong because the media will say anything to discredit anything Trump or Republicans are saying.

    Trump won PA, MI, WI, GA and AZ. He won in a landslide. Cheating makes Biden a illigitimate projected president who should be in prison if he knew about this.

    The data spikes don't lie. We have evidence that they occurred. Almost 600,000 votes for Biden vs 3200 for Trump. That is way to 1 sided.

    Trump is and always will be the 2020 election winner in my oppinion.

    You refuse to say if you were watching it. Most people who disagree with Trump on here probably knew about the hearing and chose not to watch it.

    Keep the blinders on if you want to but when PA, MI, AZ, WI and GA go in favour of Trump and he wins 4 more years many of you will be freaking out.

    The evidence is staggering. Huge. The fact that this level of voter fraud occurred is just embarressing and so many are quick to dismiss it leaves me wondering what is wrong with this country.

    We as Americans should want the election process to be as fair as possible. This is wrong.

    Anyone who did not watch the hearing can't dismiss it as fake news or false evidence.

    I hope Donald Trump gets his justice and Biden goes to prison.

    It would be delusional to believe:

    1) Biden who never even made a good showing in any of the primaries when he ran for President in the past, got more votes than any other Candidate in history.
    2) Biden went from being over 600,000+ votes behind in Pennsylvania to 200,000 ahead over night.

    It's going to come out eventually.

    You can appeal the dismissal. To be successful, however, you will need to present a well supported lgal argument establishing that the trial judge violated the law when he dismissed the case. You will need an experienced attorney to have a chance of doing this. If you are unable to establish that the judge made a mistake of law, you will lose the appeal...

    Are you asking whether because the dismissal order is "with prejudice" that means that you cannot appeal? No, it does not mean that. It means that the dismissal of your case by the trial court is final and you cannot come back to the trial court, amend your pleading, and try again. But precisely because there is now a final judgment, the dismissal can be appealed to a higher court.

    Remember that in Illinois a notice of appeal is to be filed not less than thirty days after judgment.

    I have to caution you strongly against attempting to litigate an appeal pro se.

    And that's Illinois. Sloppy work, PP.

    Using these attorney's opinions, the judge obviously did not violate law by dismissing cases for lack of evidence. There's nothing to appeal, even in Illinois.

    1) Trump whose narcissism and focus on getting re-elected led to 150K+ excess Covid deaths, got more votes than any other Candidate in history other than Biden

    2) Biden went from being over 600,000+ votes behind in Pennsylvania to 200,000 ahead over night. and yet only won the state by 80K and never led by 200K
