    So finally someone wants to see some evidence. I watched the Pennsylvania Senate hearing and there is plenty of evidence. Folks yelling there is no evidence does not make it disappear.

    Will the more than 600,000 illegal votes be declared invalid? They should be.

    There is also precedent in PA of an election being thrown out and the seat given to the other candidate.

    Nevada is in play too:

    a Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden's win and set an example for other state challenges.

    According to Trump officials, the judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date and is allowing 15 depositions. What’s more, the campaign plans to present its evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County where Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results.

    But its biggest claim was that the signatures on hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots were not verified by human officials, as required by law.

    What’s more, they found that officials used a machine to verify signatures, apparently against the rules, and even those machines were plagued with problems.

    Do you actually think that any Court is going to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters based on an unproven conspiracy theory?

    That is about as likely as Bat Boy being declared the Winner.

    Only affects down ballot votes. PA has already certified the Presidential election.

    Sorry, but you need to learn a new word.
    While the presidential election results in Pennsylvania have already been certified, the Trump campaign is still actively fighting them, hoping for decertification as they appeal the dismissal of a case they brought alleging that voters were improperly granted the ability to cure invalid absentee votes, and in which they alleged that more than 680,000 ballots were counted without proper observation.

    He the Judge put a hold on future certifications and that affect down ballot positions. This hold does not affect the certification of the presidential elections which are certified.

    If this crap goes any further judges will ask afain why did they wait a year and a half and until two e,ections went by to claim that absentee voting was unConstitutional".

    The hold is on until a hearing on Friday.

    They ( Trumpites" claim that absentee voting is unConstitutional in PA. A se tee voting started when the law changed 1 and 1/2 years ago. PA went through two count them two elections without a challenge to the law. So now since the Trumpocity lost they "Trumpistas" claim the absentee voting is unConstitutional. The next honest judge will throw it out.

    ~ These state judges may be acting ethical because it could go to the Supreme Court next. Look who the SC Circuit Justices are for these states in dispute. It is not Sonia Maria Sotomayor .
