From reading Flynn's Wikipedia he served in Afghanistan and Iraq in intelligence roles never in combat in any of his military career

Oh and they couldn't charge him with a crime other than a process crime because none was committed.

Presidents pardon people all the time. Here's a list of the last administrations Pardons:

    https://www.justice.gov/pardon/obama-pardons

One that was convicted of mail fraud for voter ballots...

Not sure why you're now concerned about pardons.

To protect his family. How many more times do you have to be told that. Oh and how far toward covering a DC lawyers fee do you think a military pension check goes?

It wasn’t proven. Sullivan wasn’t dragging his feet he was simply waiting for the DOJ to certify the documents that they altered.

BS, the appeals court told him to make a decision with dispatch. It’s been three months. The DOJ already responded to his new demand.

They asked him about a meeting that he knew they already knew about because it was public knowledge. He assumed they meant besides the public meeting that everyone knew about because he believed they were honestly seeking actual corruption. They werent, and he paid more dearly for that naivete than he should've. This pardon is years late.

He was in the bag to Russia just like Dirty Donald is. Didn't you ever see that picture of him and Jill Stein, who cost Hillary the presidency, and Putin all dining together in Moscow???

Where is your proof that he was in the bag to Russia or for that matter that Trump was? I picture does not mean anything other than what is in the picture itself.

Two more I hope: Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, who have been scapegoated and smeared by the same corrupt establishment elites as Gen. Flynn was.

They have been "dismissed" by the DOJ, which is run by Trump's yes man.
It wasn't just that judge. Nearly the entire D.C. Circuit agreed on rehearing that the case should go on.

Are you capable of telling the truth? Serious question.

    1. The case was dismissed because the rogue FBI agents who prosecuted (persecuted) general Flynn were found guilty of multiple counts of wrongdoing and dishonorably discharged (fired), the DOJ had not case.
    2. The DC Circuit agreed to let the radical Maddow quoting "judge" wrap up his feet dragging legal bureaucratic procedure, nothing more, nothing less. None of them expressed even the slightest doubt that the case must be dropped.
    3. I always tall the truth. You? Will you admit that Sullivan is a radical "resistance" clown who was acting as a prosecutor, not a judge?

Flynn was a Russian agent (an American who is employed by the Russian government) who violated federal law by accepting a job with a political campaign while still having dealings with the Russian government. And then lied to the FBI about those dealings. If evidence ever comes out that he violated election laws he could be charged under the espionage Act, since interfering in a federal election on behalf of a foreign government is considered espionage. He would officially be designated as a Russian spy and most likely charged with treason

Before Flynn was hired by our president Dirty Donald, he was already in the employ of Russia and Turkey.
