Well, the Republican districts aren't in question, they voted for Trump.

Of course it would only concern down ticket elections. The US constitution gives the authority for president and vp to the legislatures. The US supreme court has upheld that concept repeatedly in the last couple of months. When they realize this the case will go away. Actually they probably already realize this and are just making noise like all the conspiracy theory people.

The judge suggested the Republican sue their own district but their district followed the law. Democrat judge.

Trump will be regarded by posterity as the least presidential president we have ever had. He has no gravitas and no class. He is is inarticulate, poorly informed, impulsive, and psychologically unqualified for his position.

Trump is the champion of those who fear that historical trends are moving against them. Evangelicals fear a society that is becoming increasingly secular and hedonistic. (By giving Christianity a bad image they damage the respectable Christian denominations.) White blue collar Republicans fear an economy where being a white man is not enough any more. Now one needs well educated, high grade intelligence. Small businessmen fear the growing popularity of socialism.

The word socialism itself has become a bit of a political Rorschach test that says little itself, revealing more about the person who uses it. The earliest vision of socialism was borrowed, diluted and twisted so often during the 20th century that most modern users of the word (critics and supporters alike) are describing something that hardly resembles the socialist vision first described by Engels and Marx.

Socialist is no longer exclusively the Republicans word to define or demonize, it's a contested label now, just as "conservative" is on the right.

If Trump is a one term President he will be the most successful President in 100 years. The left thinks words ARE action so continue to fail at policy.

On what precedence do you make such ignorant claims? Please include links.

Obviously they have to bring out the state Constitution, oh Master of the Obvious. That is what the argument is about. Let me help.

"The complaint in the case centers on Act 77, which the plaintiffs called "the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania election code to date." That law expanded mail-in voting, even though Article VII, Section 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, which covers absentee voting, is very narrow in its scope of who can participate.

That law says that the state legislature shall provide a manner of voting for people who will be outside of their municipality "because their duties, occupation or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election, are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee, may vote, and for the return and canvass of their votes in the election district in which they respectively reside."

The lawsuit claims that Pennsylvania's mail-in votes are invalid because in order to expand absentee voting, a constitutional amendment is required, not simply the passing of a bill."

It was a response to an ignorant post. Don't take me so seriously.

Wait. Let me get this strait. You think the other guy posted something ignorant so you have to post something ignorant? :eyepopping: Have I got that right? What if I told you that I stabbed myself in the gonads with a big knife? Are you going to stab yourself in the nut sack with a big knife? Based on that I guess I have to agree with you. I shouldn't take you seriously.

It all depends on what the meaning of "is" is - a word from the philosophical genius, Bill Clinton

Lol. No. Not even a nice try. Mildly entertaining, though. Go back and read. I know you can figure it out.

What you're really trying to say is that Trump is the champion of those who fear that our constitutional freedoms are being stolen from us by a radicalized leftist agenda; and that's a fear we should all have.

Yes, Trump is indeed the champion of these people. I'm not sure you see the pivot there, but fear will do that to people. Myself, political ideologies never frightened me.

People seldom see the danger until it ends up on their front porch, and by then it's too late.

I'm already finding it pretty boring. Switch on the TV and you get competent people calmly discussing policy details they actually understand???

It's like being back on Earth #1 again.

Your post is irrelevant to the fact I said Attorneys were officers of the court, you claimed they weren't. I proved to you they were, now your attempting to move the goalpost, LAME!
