I don't need anything. I'm not involved in the process. Cohen is, and if you were actually interested in the answer, you'd look it up. It's all public record. Why are you not already aware of this? How are you going to argue something being so ill-informed?

Trump has had no activity that even rises to a reasonable suspicion, the self serving rationalization of one of the heavily biased investigators not withstanding.

To repeat, there has been no Trump activity that rises to even reasonable suspicion, let alone a ton of evidence. I use reasonable in the standard accepted jurisprudence meaning which does not include some guy saying "I don't like it and it sure looks like it might be a crime to me."

Since when did being disliked by someone become a felony or even a misdemeanor????

So, you think a civil suit against someone should disqualify him from running for president? That would be then the easiest way in the world to stop a potential candidate cold in his tracks.

So why? Because he did not obstruct justice? You want to take him to court because he did not obstruct justice?

It should not have been a civil suit - it should have been prosecuted for what it was - fraud

Read Mueller report, volume 2. Trump is clearly vulnerable to being indicted for obstruction of justice.

Trump is also an unindicted co-conspirator with Michael Cohen. The evidence that convicted Cohen is clearly sufficient to convict Trump.

The funny thing is that a lot of Republicans (including Trump) have used the standard you described ("I don't like it and it sure looks like it might be a crime to me.") against Biden and Hillary. You're right. It's inappropriate, and I'm glad to find a Republican who agrees.

You left out the breaches (plural) of the emoluments act and the Hatch act

These would be interesting to prosecute. Clearly, there were multiple violations of the Hatch Act, and it would (finally) give the law some teeth if it were prosecuted. As it stands now, violations are treated like driving 1 mph over the speed limit.

Emoluments would probably be difficult to prosecute because there's a lack of precedent. And what would be the punishment if convicted? There is nothing stated in the Constitution, and no statutory requirements. The more promising approach is civil lawsuit: there are 2 pending lawsuits related to emoluments. If Trump loses, the penalty is money.

If the gov't reopens the Mueller report, Trump won't be in a position to obstruct the investigation. Hahahahaha

Mueller testified before congress that he did not find sufficient evidence of obstruction to prosecute for Obstruction.

No, he is not. He was named as a possible unindicted co-conspirator in the campaign financing charge against Cohen which Cohen was not found guilty of but pleaded guilty to a non crime to get a better deal from the SDNY. The SDNY later dropped any further interest in that part of the Cohen case. The things that Cohen was found guilty of had no -- as in zero, nada, zilch -- connection whatsoever with Trump

Biden proudly admitted on video his crime. Comey attested under oath to congress Hillary's crime of lying to congress under oath. Not at all the same as "..... sure looks like a crime to me." Hillary's coordination with a foreign agent against Trump's campaign is patently obvious, although the actual crime is likely only election finance.
