Even if that is true, that does not mean that a $24 minimum wages would be realistically possible now.

The population size is larger now. That high of a minimum wage would likely result in higher unemployment.

Remember that increases in "productivity" do not necessarily come from the bottom segment of the population.

Because they won't do that they should be taxed very heavily.

Because the Democrats have abandoned the politics of class, that will not happen. Instead we will have identity politics. Identity politics either does not threaten the one percent, or like open borders, it benefits them.

Yup. Under Trump median wages jumped up like never before as the Working and Middle Class immensely benefited from his sensible policies.

Now the Democrat will soon control the Executive Branch for a turn and the Rich are quite thankful for that:

THE DEMOCRATS’ PROGRAM IN A NUTSHELL: Schumer Wants Biden to Transfer Wealth From Auto Mechanics to Harvard Grads.

    Put The Rich First!

Jim and Jill were born a little more than a year apart to the same unmarried mother in Southern California.
Jill was a very good student at a prestigious local prep school. She was also a nearly Olympic-quality swimmer.
Four years later, she graduated, owing $24,000 to the federal government.
Then Joe Biden was elected president.

This Monday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer held a press conference on a New York sidewalk to promote a plan he and Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts have proposed Biden undertake.

"Student debt is just a huge burden on the shoulders of millions of New York students and tens of millions of Americans," Schumer said.[/quote]
The median household income with a bachelor's degree - $100,164
The median household income with a professional degree - $162,127.
The median househod income with a high school degree - $48,708.

So a college graduate with a median household income that is $51,456 more than a high school graduate's -- can't afford to pay off $50,000 in student loans?

    Not really.

Most people who hit the lottery are back in their same situation within 10 years but your trust fund babies generally increase their wealth.

Take Paris Hilton among others, she has more then tripled the net worth of her inheritance on her own.

    Kardashians, same story.

Thats true. They arent stupid but they are greedy, manipulative and ruthless. Not admirable traits. Truth be told, rich ppl can only be so if they make the competition poor. That is universal karma. No rich without poor, makes sense huh

Well sure, just like there can be no good without bad, no up without down, no light without darkness.

Everything needs some sort of reference to qualify it's existence.

Trust fund babies don’t make money, they receive it.

Paris Hilton, a financial Titan? Don’t think so. If you have large money and don’t muck around with things, it will grow by itself.

Despite Paris Hilton's hopes and dreams for growing her collection of pink Bentleys without much work, she'll likely have to pursue that dream on her own. That's because the patriarch of the Hilton family, Barron Hilton, ended up leaving 97% of his estate to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation when he died in September 2019. That left just 3% to be divided among his numerous heirs. That wasn't always the plan. At one point not long ago, Barron was all set to leave his entire $4.5 billion estate to his family. He changed his mind in 2007 reportedly after being so embarrassed by what Paris had done to the Hilton name. This change in estate planning effectively doubled the holdings of the foundation named for his father, Conrad (who built the family hotel empire from nothing). Great for humanity, bad for Hilton heirs at large. Thanks to Paris, they just lost out on $4.5 billion.

A rich person is someone who doesnt have to worry about paying their utility bills and putting food on the table.

But how many of the Hilton heirs are employed by the Foundation?

Yes, perfect sense if your a communist; not so much if your proud of what America has always been. Not sure why you think all rich people are as you describe? There are many successful people that have many admirable traits.
One of the most admirable is creating things that not only benefit them , but benefit everyone. Sure, there needs to be some limits and controls , but I’ll take free entrepreneur capitalism any day.

"Some limits and controls" means no controls and limits.
The problem is that after they (amazing people) create something, they kill competition making sure no one else can create something beneficial. So it is trade off.

People do not like progressive policies like racial / gender divide, illegal immigration, promotion of pederasty so they have to vote republicans.

The Wealthy are thankful for Dirty Donald Trump's election to the presidency, which afforded them the opportunity to profit as never before during his reign of terror.
