Some day that you have an extra ten minutes I came up with one of my more diabolical plans over here..... in post numbers.....
    five, six and seven here.......
actually anybody could do this... .and each of us would put our own fingerprints on how to do some variation of this......

I am not yet a Mormon.....
I am really impressed by Mormons...... partly due to their general acceptance of near death experience accounts.... I've been studying with Latter day Saint missionaries for about two months now......... and went to the nearest LDS ward four times in 2019 and met with the missionaries a couple of times not when I went to the ward..... but I am not actually an LDS so I can not really answer those questions effectively............

I can say that if my writings were to lead a hundred people to join a Pentecostal church and another hundred people to become Westlyian like Pastor Todd Burpo and another hundred people to become Latter day Saint.... I would be equally happy to find out that some of my readers had became Latter day Saints as if they had became Pentecostal or Westlyian or Roman Catholic or whatever............ . I would really like it if some of my readers after reading some near death experience accounts were able to find a church home where they were happy and were now able to fellowship at a new level.......

I did pray and I asked if I was personally supposed to be baptized LDS and I feel that what I was shown was that I was supposed to assist Latter day Saints to connect with Israeli Jews...... and to connect with Pentecostals as well as with other Christian groups who take NDE accounts seriously........ but for the moment most of my church time on Sundays is invested in going to a Pentecostal church with my wife.......

Frankly...... my beliefs are rather New Agey..... so I would be really happy if somebody became happy just reading near death experience accounts even if they never actually find a group that they feel comfortable with.........

Frankly..... I would love it if some of my readers listened to the NDE account of former Atheist Rabbi Alon Anava and became either Orthodox or Chassidic Jewish!

if every American paid the taxes owed and NOT cheat in one year the national debt would be erased

it is not only wealthy people using and taking advantage of tax loopholes

I dont believe that any near death experience is proof of any form of after life though, or evidence of any kind as proof of a supreme being so to speak.

Now that is an intriguing idea indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Wow!!!!!!

If any of you are on Facebook I would love it if you did a search for the group:

    "Erin O’Toole for Prime Minister"
when you find the one with over 12,000 members.. .you will know that you have the right one.... that is a big group for us Canadians.

On that group you can do a search and some guy named Dennis Tate has began the following discussion........... that I believe is relevant to many Americans......

At the minimum this is relevant to Americans living in New Orleans, Anchorage Alaska, Miami, and New Jersey.... that also seem to be vulnerable to the cracking and sliding of ice off the land based Greenland Ice Pack.... not to mention the melting of ice off the Himalayas and the Alps.

The question is "Why should they"? All debt should be added up and each man woman and child in the US should be given a fair share debit slip. Each person will be credited the amount they pay towards their bill and if they die before it's paid the government will have a right to sell off their assets and what is still owed will be passed onto existing family members. No existing family? Then it goes into the national pot for recalculation for the next year and redistributed. I bet there would be some major lifestyle changes if everyone had skin in the game.

So, it's like what, Medicaid for the elderly???

I don't think people will pay off the debt. Gosh, the poor even have negative value, or so I've heard. More likely we will just default and not pay.

You may be closer to the truth than what you think. How's your Chinese? The big worry is that China will cash in their bonds. One of the reasons Biden & Co. are willing to kiss their behinds. Alternative? Print money. Of course all asset classes will be ridiculously expensive as inflation will be the word of the day. So you might try and invest in apple orchards and vegetable farms and kitchenware as they set up soup kitchens across the land.

I know all this sounds ridiculous but the warning bells are going off. I picked up our local paper today and on the front page is how our state is going to release thousands of prisoner's who at one time were told they didn't have a shot at parole. Do you really think they have a shot at fitting in with society and getting a job? The other article was the great tsunami of home foreclosures and evictions that loom after the first of the year as those who have rode the wave of forbearance are about to slam into wall of demand for payment. There is a shortage of existing homes at present for people to buy so it is not like those homes will sit empty. REIT's (Real Estate Investment Trusts) may be a good investment for next year. Myself, I'm stocking up on Home Depot, Lowes and Tractor Supply as I see a real need in building supplies for next year.

Well, yes China cashing in their bonds is a potential problem for us, but I think China has given up on ever getting their bond money back. I think I recall them saying it's a total loss. So, in recent years, they've been working on finding other ways to make money. Especially now that President Trump interfered with the Chinese exports business.

The National Debt is far larger than the GDP of the country, so no we can definitely not pay it off in one year.

The bonds are a US obligation. If they default then world markets would probably collapse. The US will pay but will the Chinese renew.

Well, yes they are an obligation. I only hope they don't all come due at once but are staggered through time.

Can the national debt of the USA be paid off in one year?

Lets calculate: the US national debt is about: $27,200,000,000,000
There are about 330 million Americans.
It means every Americans needs to pay around $82,000

So let me repeat the question: Can the national debt of the USA be paid off in one year? In two years? In 10 years?

No.... it means that IF an agreement made by the Federal Reserve......
(assuming that the poster on this forum who made these statements is correct)...... would be enforced....... because if the Federal Reserve could truly make sure that it charged the USA federal government essentially zero interest....... much as the Bank of Canada did from 1938 to 1974 ... .THEN... the stage would be all set up to wipe out the national debt..............

perhaps by issuing a basic minimum income to all Americans..... all of them... then the loan is forgiven........ and then as Americans spend their BMI it would be taxed back into the treasury after turning over three or four times and voila......... American no longer has a deficit and soon you would be making huge payments against your national debt..............The logic of forgiving that loan from the Federal Reserve would be that............. the money goes to all three hundred and thirty million Americans....... This basic idea was mentioned by economist Milton Friedman to get around the need for the big bureaucracy needed for the welfare state... .that punishes people for trying to find a job.....

I just read powerful evidence that the Federal Reserve is doing an excellent job.

If these statements by dad2three are correct... then this is in actuality a similar situation to what Canada had from 1938 to 1974 that I believe should be done again...... especially under these difficult circumstances......

A Basic Minimum Income can be a great idea IF IT IS FINANCED in a manner somewhat like was done by President Lincoln or attempted again by JFK.

COVID 19 and introduction of an unconditional income supplement

Just to give you an idea of how this could work.... let's imagine using the Bank of Canada to give a loan to Canada's federal government to pay all thirty seven million Canadians five hundred dollars per month for the rest of their lives..........

That would be eighteen billion dollars per month......

As the money is paid to Canadians the loan is forgiven.... because it benefits all Canadians.... but the money is taxable....... although unconditional and is not like welfare.... you don't have to stop working to get this extra five hundred per month.......

So... as Canadians spend their extra five hundred per month..... (2000 dollars for a family of four).... as that money turns over three to four times in the economy it would be taxed into the treasury....... which would soon balance the budget..... pay down the deficit and soon Canada would be making huge monthly payments toward our one trillion dollar national debt................

No other government program would have to be affected by this but I do know that many people would soon break away from the Canadian welfare system... and many families of four would soon leave city life and move to rural or small town Canada......

President Donald J. Trump has an understanding of the following idea that theoretically could assist in paying off the national debt of the USA in one to seven years. (My answer in the poll was seven years.... due to how difficult it will be to educate three hundred and thirty million Americans and thirty seven million Canadians as to how simple this actually all is).

The Worgl Austria Great Depression Experiment and a real estate boom in rural America?

In my opinion... Richard Dawkins Ph. D. and his intellectual buddies have convinced humanity that our lives have very low value..... in comparison to what is theoretically possible..... assuming a more Theistic Evolutionary Theory..... that I elaborate on somewhat here:

    www.CarbonBias.blogspot.ca/

The net effect of generally Atheistic Evolutionary Theory dominating education........ is PESSSIMISM vs Optimism..... which I do believe is coming within months and years as the control of the intellectual dishonesty of the extreme political left is broken over Americans and over the whole world.

When the VALUATION that we tend to place on our own lives increases dramatically...... the stage will be set for a surge in real estate prices in rural America... that can play a huge role in balancing the national debt and even in paying off of the national debts of all nations.

The national debt of the USA is partly a practical joke played on a somewhat ignorant population by the students of Thomas Malthus!

The students of Thomas Malthus may even have good intentions and may be attempting to save the environment by deliberately dampening the economy?

Yes..... and an outreach from Jerusalem, Israel through Brigham Young University could play a role in making it happen....

Theoretically... Latter day Saints could create a database currency.... perhaps a "Latter day Saint Volunteerism Hour" and they could hire people to become students.... .who take courses through Brigham Young University online........ That currency could rise and rise and rise in relative value... because it would be backed up by the tendency for Latter day Saints to do volunteerism and assist their students and friends and neighbours.....

The Jerusalem, Israel campus of Brigham Young University would be a great place to do this......

They could for example approach near death experiencer Pastors Dean and Marilyn Braxton and get them to do an online course on praying for extreme situations such as raising a loved on from the dead.......

I posted that basic idea above on October 21 ....

    Dennis Tate :
Dear Mr. President: I would like to apologize for having done so little over these past five years in comparison to what I probably could have done. I guess the analogy of three thousand Jewish soldiers leaving the Danite Judge Samson tied up and passing him to the Philistines may be one of the closest analogies to how you have been treated by those of us who should have been with you in this squabble.
I'm Canadian but there is something relevant to all Americans that can be done from here in Canada much more easily due to our history, especially from 1938 to 1974. Comments on this topic by near death experiencer Dr. Kevin Zadai may be very useful to you Sir.

    Exactly!!!!!

There are eighty five hundred extremely wealthy people on this planet who do not want this extremely simple idea to be understood because they have an amazing Ponzi Scheme going that the wealthiest and most influential people are participating in readily due to their being rewarded at a level that they are satisfied with.

    @DennisTate et al

Why pay off the National Debt?
    Why even think about it?
What is anyone gonna do about it?

We could just sell of some of those excessive
    Federal lands but, why?

LOL! No it's not. It's just the incoherent ramblings of a religious nut.

I do love the "it's common knowledge but not everyone knows about it" comment. LOL!!! Damn, I only had to watch a minute of it before he said something ridiculous.

He also declares who is going to hell and who isn't. So not just a nut, a sacrilegious nut as well. Apparently he never read the part about "Judge not or you will be judged!" So not really a christian. Apparently he never even read the bible.
