BREAKING: PA Court Rules 2020 Election Likely Unconstitutional

    https://electionwiz.com/2020/11/27/🚨breaking-pa-court-rules-2020-election-likely-unconstitutional/

Pennsylvania has reversed an election in the courts before, so there is precedent.

I have been saying all along that this is not over. Looks like I was right.

Interesting. I have no idea of the validity of 'the Election Wizard'.

Disagree Steve. This election is over. It's been over. Trump won in a landslide, and it's only a matter of time until it's proven.

I fully expect Biden to concede within the next few weeks

Good for her but it's still not going to fly. First there is no viable remedy. Second, she's expressing a viewpoint, their supreme court will decide what to do. Third, this will only affect down ballot elections and that will piss off a lot of people. The US constitution specifically gives the state legislature the power over president and vice president voting, that trumps the PA constitution.
    Much ado about nothing.

The Supreme Court isn't going to disenfranchise the millions of Pennsylvania voters who voted legally just to nullify the 10,000 votes
that were counted after the original deadline. They may throw out the 10,000 votes, but as Biden won by 80,000, it wouldn't change
    the election results. It's over.

That is not what this case is. Select republicans want the entire election thrown out because they say that the expanded absentee ballot use (no reason was needed to vote) was not (state) constitutional. Please note that the Republican controlled legislature voted to expand the use.

They may have a legitimate argument, but the case should have been filed months ago, not after the fact. Any rational non-cultist judge is not going to throw out the votes as you said

Mind you the dictator want to be had said for months that absentee balloting is fine since you have to request your ballot. In PA every ballot was requested

Sorry - there are so many Trump lawsuits that I've lost track. It's the equivalent of a 2 year old throwing spaghetti against the wall to see what
    will stick.

Of course there is a viable remedy. The court can decide that the election in the state was invalid and the electors cannot be counted.

You honestly think the Supreme Court is going to disenfranchise millions of legal votes in order to get 10,000 ballots (which were separated by arrival date) disqualified? Why wouldn't they just disqualify those votes? Which do think is more likely - Court abridges the voting rights of millions of voters or the court
    casts out 10,000 late votes?

Do you really think an election so poorly run that possibly millions of votes are illegal is fair? Cheating disenfranchises legal votes.

It wasn't "poorly run". The voting boards separated the late votes because they knew there might be a court challenge to those votes.

Internet rumors of irregularities are not proof of irregularities. And using the odd stories of a miscounted vote here and there isn't going to convince
the courts to throw out the entire election. That's why every Trump lawsuit has been thrown out of court so far.

You must not be aware of any of the allegations in the lawsuits.

More than likely the SCOTUS will decide. There is a remedy: Overturn the results.

LOL! They separated the votes because Justice Alito told them to. They violated that order and had to be told again. So many irregularities that do not pass the smell test.

It's fun to watch people try to read by osmosis. They just wave their hand over the monitor and suck up the content of the article. It's ****ing magic.

It's more comical and sad to read Trump supporters actually believing and hoping that Trump can some how stay in power when he got his ass kicked.

We shall see how both situations play out but that doesn't address the issue which is why someone would post something that is totally unrelated to the actual substance of the article or the ruling while pretending to know what the **** they are talking about. Maybe reading is just to damn hard.

The ruling is meaningless. PA has already certified the Presidential election results. These lawsuits mean nothing in regards to that certification.

But please, don't let that fact ruin your fantasies of tyranny.

And ANOTHER person that didn't read the ruling. So far you have given us a red herring and attempted to use osmosis rather than reading the ruling. Thanks for that. It made me chuckle.
