    President elect Biden had to head to the hospital today after tripping while playing with his dog. They found he had fractured a bone in his foot, so he'll be limping for a while until it sets and heals.

    It is my understanding that he heard about the female kicker from Vanderbilt and was trying to show his prowess with a football and ended up kicking the ground.

    A house that size for only a million in the Northeast? Hmmmm....something doesn’t sound right. Should be a hell of a lot more than $1M
    Either the sq footage is listed incorrectly or the $1M figure is listed incorrectly. Or maybe the house is in a really bad area

    Technically he's not "President elect" yet, that will only actually happen after the Electoral College votes. (though at this point it looks like he's going to be a shoe-in)

    Biden currently owns two homes in Delaware the larger one is his main house built on a 4 acre plot of land he bought for $350,000 in the Greenville suburb of Wilmington after he married Jill. this is the house the prior poster referred to which is almost 7,000 sq.ft. it is estimated to be worth S2.9 Million by Zillow. The other one he owns bought in 2017 when he had an income over $10 Million due to speaking fees and a book deal. It is a large beach house in Rehobeth Delaware. bought in June 2017 it has 6 bdrms and 5.5 bths.for $2.7 Million. Zillow currently values it at only $1.9 Million.
    For over 20 years he had lived in the former Dupont mansion of 10,012 sq. ft. which he bought for $185,000 run down and very badly in need of repairs in 1974 he lived in it and repaired and replaced while living there eventually selling it in February 1996 for $1.2 Million. Redfin currently estimates the current value of the former Biden house at $1,655,000.
