You can't make this stuff up! When I watched this report on Tucker Carlson's show on Fox last evening I was left speechless (rare for me).

Sure, it sounds like absolutely bat-sh!t insanity today -- but as America gets increasingly "progressive" and hyperliberal, ANYTHING is possible! This is the by-product of a nation that is circling the toilet bowl of 'neo-socialism'....

The United States will be embarking shortly on a very unpredictable, nasty, and uglier time than before. And it is likely that more and more of the country will be afflicted with the same kind of anarchic crime and chaos that has already swept through cities like Portland and Seattle. Even here in the relatively safe Denver-Colorado Springs corridor, you see signs popping up in homeless camps saying things like, "PROPERTY IS THEFT".

Afterthought: in a nation where more and more people are 'on' government welfare handouts, and living lives that become parasitic in nature, there will be inevitable, growing belief in the idea that what is YOURS should be THEIRS!

 

There's nothing new about sovereign citizens. They've always existed as a fringe and downright crazy group.

Communism, and its 'first cousin', Socialism, is a DISEASE that causes nothing but injustice, instability, and destruction everywhere people gather in hopes of being able to take what rightfully BELONGS to others.... So far, we've seen Socialism (modified-Socialism) work fairly well in exactly ONE country: Germany. It has been a tottering, bankrupt failure everywhere else....

Think 'it can't happen here'...? Neither did middle-class Russians in 1900... neither did middle-class Venezuelans in 2000! Look at some of the radical crud we have right now in both the House and Senate! Look at what we are about to put in the White House!

 

But it doesn't solve the problem. Seattle has effectively decriminalized theft. Property owners can no longer rely on the legal system to "deal with them" because the legal system has chosen to not do so:

Socialism is big government. Sovereign citizens are 100% anti-government. It doesn't mix one bit.

This is probably the perfect thread to ask this question: Do violent crack pots flock to liberal areas, or do liberal areas create crack pots?

 

I tend to view these things through the lens of economics. Most of these 'crack pots' have one thing in common, however different they may differ in other areas -- they don't any wealth, accomplishments, can't provide for themselves above a bare, subsistence level, and generally don't have a pot to piss in, or a window to pour it out of...!

If that's true, then I'd go on to postulate that people who have neither 'pot nor window' don't want anybody else to have a 'pot or window', either, because it makes them look conspicuously like stupid, hopeless failures in life.... Then, it's just a very short leap from that kind of mentality to committing actual crimes, like those that have been attempted by creeps like these 'sovereign citizens'.
