Fox News says Pro Trump electors should still change the vote

Maybe we should just vote for the state legislatures and then let them choose the president.

Clearly us simple people are not qualified to choose a national leader. As we did choose Trump in 2016 so that shows how dumb we can be

I did some research last night and was amazed to find that actually 16 states do not bind their electors legally. Some states have “pledged” electors, meaning they “pledge” to vote based on the popular vote for their state. So here comes the “but”, in states that dont bind their electors by law, there is no punishment for voting against the popular vote except being removed as an elector, and that only happens AFTER the vote.

Obama did not spy on the Trump campaign. That a FACT. Nobody spied on the campaign. You know that Mueller Report you all claim was the gospel because it “exonerated” Trump, it very clearly states it in that same report

 

Again, two guys have plead guilty to falsifying the FISA requests. So Obama could use the FBI to spy on the transition team. The case against Flynn fell apart because of the evidence that Obama used his agencies on US soil to illegally spy on a political opponent. These are the facts. What do you believe you gain by suggesting this didn't happen? Biden was in on this. We know this. We know who the participants are. These are matters of public record now.

NO, the FISA court said they had unsupported evidence (at the time they got the warrants) that they used to get the warrants. NONE of them was Obama, and it was NOT used to spy on the campaign. You obviously didn't read the Mueller Report, and you clearly dont know what a FISA warrant is

Read the Mueller report and understand the basic concept that a FISA warrant allowed them to listen to Carter Page ONLY when he was talking with a foreign nationals. AND....most FISA warrants only allow for specific searches in the call records. They dont actually listen in on the calls, they mine the call records and transcripts.

WTF......The case against Flynn didnt "fall apart"....he was pardoned. He was found GUILTY. Trump pardoned him to cover his own ass, not Flynns.

We also know for a fact per the Mueller Report that Obama was NOT part of this, nor was Biden. The Mueller report actually goes on to say that their was "no evidence of political bias"

Also, don't assume that if 12/14 passes without issue, that 1/6 will not have issues with Pence/McConnell running the show

I disagree; Trump and his minions are attempting to steal the election (even thought most of his staff privately recognize this); if SCOTUS throws out their case, then do it through tossing out the certifications and in states where the republicans control both houses, get it that way, thus undermining the system.

And yes, lets put all the votes into a pile and whoever gets the most votes wins, sort of like majority rules. The republicans only have themselves to blame.

A GOP Legislature (in a state Won by Biden) would have ZERO Chance of Implementing any plan to appoint electors.

It is a non-starter and won't happen.

 

Maybe not, but this thing is far from over - Trump and his enablers will keep on trying to find a way to overturn this until noon on 1/20. There is no depths he will not sink to make this coup happen. He has nothing to lose as long as the republican party stays quiet (and they will)

Jan 6 - you will see republicans try to sabotage the acceptance of the electoral counts if the courts have not given Trump what he wants

I know many are confident that it is a done deal and I hope all of you are right, but the benefits of being evil are that normal boundaries (i.e, laws) don't apply. History is full of people who have shown that
