    You should understand it was not just the emails. It was the server. All the laws in existence now were in existence when HRC was secretary of state. The laws should apply equally to all. Hence, they should get the same punishment as HRC.

    anyone else I would say that might be the case and CREW do have a history as reliable watchdogs BUT we are talking Trump here - you know the man who ran a scam University refuses to release his taxes and currently is trying to fleece his followers?

    The crimes were/are not the same. (Most likely)

    I would concur though that if after multiple investigations and interviews of President Trump, if the circumstances/evidence of the crimes turn out exactly the same, then yes, the punishment should be the same.

    They should be able to delete every single email they want and wipe as many hard drives as they want, and plead ignorance just like Clinton did.

    She was totally innocent so Trump is as well. Fair is fair. Democrat want corruption? They should look at the source!!

    President Trump's alleged crimes have not been investigated yet.

    You do know the law should apply the same to everyone right?

    In fact I just learned today that Ivanka Trump spent part of yesterday being deposed brought by D.C. related to miss use of campaign funds from the 2017 inauguration of Trump. Where somehow a significant portion of the money wound up in the coffers of the Trump Hotel in D.C. Evidently Malaria is also scheduled to be deposed.
