Judges say no evidence, you say they're wrong. You're not interpreting anything. You're denying reality.

No, there wasn't evidence, there were accusations. The right has been claiming that their was "massive fraud", yet they cannot come up with ONE ballot, or one piece of evidence for a court of law ? Every court that denied them, denied them because they came to court with accusations, and not one tangible piece of evidence.

In the annals of "you cant make this stuff up with a team of writers", their case evidence in one case was " a truck driver was told by a guy who worked at the post office that he overheard a boss say that...." affidavits. But they cannot provide even one piece of tangible evidence. They didnt get denied standing because of some conspiracy, they got denied because their case briefs were littered with this type of "my mothers, cousins dog said that he once knew a guy......"

And Facts are not interpretive. Thats why they are called facts FMW. Facts are indisputable for both the plaintiff's and the defense.

Not at all. I am saying that there is ample evidence but the judges fear dealing with a possible overturned election. That would likely be worse than the fraud. Oddly I didn't even care who won the election. I did care that there was so much fraud involved because it sours people toward the electoral system. Whether the fraud was enough to change the results I will never know. Life goes on.

Trump (apparently) was NO "Miracle Worker".

"these fringe conspiracy theories" DID get someone (actually 5) killed.

Possibly more if you count the 2 suicides - one from a cop present at the riot & one from a rioter after the long arm of the law reached out.

TX violated their OWN election laws so does than make those EC votes for YOUR biggest *LOSER*-in-Chief fraudulent?

Why did AG Paxton FAIL to include the TX violations?

Must the good folks in TX vote out ALL Republicans in the next election for screwing up their votes?
