    'We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning' --Donald Trump

    Merry Christmas, Donald Trump, you lose, again.

    https://lawandcrime.com/2020-electi...-trump-a-christmas-eve-election-lawsuit-loss/

    Senior Circuit Judge Joel Flaum, a Reagan appointee, joined judges Ilana Rovner (a George H. W. Bush appointee) and Michael Y. Scudder (a Trump appointee) to affirm the district court’s tossing of the suit on two grounds. In essence, the judges unanimously ruled that Wisconsin’s election was conducted correctly and that Trump waited too long to complain about the procedures employed.

    Trump’s legal team tried to argue that the Wisconsin Elections Commission issued an over-broad interpretation of a legal loophole which allowed voters to cast absentee ballots “without presenting a photo identification” if they were “indefinitely confined.” That phrase, the Commission decided, pertained to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that interpretation allowed more people in America’s Dairyland to vote without having to comply with Wisconsin’s voter ID law.

    The court ruled;
    The point being, while they threw the case out on a 'laches' issue ( too late filing ) they also debunked the argument Trump's lawyers were making.

    What’s he at now, one for fifty five?

    It could be one for ten thousand and many on the right will never believe Trump is lying

    First of all it is not merely the political left seeing Trump as the worst President in American history. A lot of us on the right warned against supporting Trump for the GOP nomination in 2016. We were correct, painfully correct and dead on target with our warnings. It is a testament to the brilliance of our Founders that this Republic survives the error of that deranged man-child's ascent to power.

    I do not want Biden/Harris but like others on the right who see Trump honestly for the disease he represents, I voted for them. Along with voting for all the other Republicans on the ticket, all who were not running for President.

    If you supported Trump for the 2016 GOP nomination then the current mess is partly your fault. You were warned, you deliberately made the most godawful choice of a President of any ever offered to the voters.

    Your choice damaged our Republic and our party.

    You should be very ashamed of what you did.

    Nonsense. Millions of us conservatives voted against Trump. If people hate him he earned that, pure and simple.

    Actually, Trump did quite well, in fact very well, and he could have done better if he wasn't fighting off Russia, Russia, Russia and all the other crap the left threw at him. And it didn't help that certain networks were de facto media arms for the DNC. But the two most important things he did was erase Obama and he kept Clinton out of the WH.
